Transylvanian Inn sells fast on our site. Perched on a hill 1.2 miles away from Bran Castle, Vila Transylvanian Inn offers a terrace with a panoramic view of Bran, the Castle and the Râşnov Citadel. Most rooms have a balcony.
Free Wi-Fi and a TV set are provided in all rooms. They are decorated in terracotta colours and have white walls. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom.
Romanian dishes are served at Transylvanian Inn’s restaurant. You can also enjoy a rich breakfast here every morning. Packed lunches are available on request.

Review 1：Probably not a very good idea to go there mid winter by car as access to property is a bit difficult.

Review 2：Good, cozy location. Nice staff, clean room and overall a good value for the money.

Review 3：Service was sometimes a little bit slow in the bar / restaurant, but we did visit out of season so it was a skeleton crew.

Review 4：Really pleasant and helpful staff, clean and well-maintained, comfortable bedroom with an amazing view over Bran and the surrounding mountains. It's a fairly easy walk (20/25 mins along a road) to Bran centre and castle, and the area itself is lovely. Definitely recommended!

Review 6：Perfect food, dream staff which have taken care about us all the time. We had absolutely stunning view from our room. One of the best places where we ever stayed. Thank you to all of you but especially to Laura :)

Review 7：Rooms weren't cleaned during our two day stay. The road that leads to the hotel is a dirt road which wasn't signposted properly. Therefore we had difficulties finding the place. Also there wasn't sufficient parking lots available so our rental car had a scratch all along the side front to back which really spoiled the holiday in a way.

Review 10：Everything! Location, room, staff and breakfast were amazing! Wish we had stayed longer than one night - even to sample more cocktails made by Vlad (his "White Ladys" were delicious!) If you are travelling by train I would recommend hiring a taxi from the rank just outside the station - it only costs 10 lei.

Review 11：Great position in beautiful countryside just outside Bran with a lovely view of the castle. (There is an especially good view from the tower at the top of the guest house.) Excellent food, some of the best we've had in Romania but most of all the wonderful staff, especially the manager, Laura, who speaks excellent English and who really cares about her guests, and was absolutely fantastic in every way!

Review 12：The room was not vacuumed for weeks, full of sand on the carpet, the rest was clean. Access road is narrow, do not fit two cars.

Review 19：The hotel was good and the rooms too however it was difficult to find it in the night. The hotel is on top of a hill and you need a good car to get there when it's raining.

Review 20：The staff could not be moré helpful, intelligent, friendly or caring. They were all absolutely wonderful. The food was also great, in fact it was delicious. The breakfast was cooked after you placed your order and was cooked to perfección. The Views from your room were wonderful and the rooms were comfortable and pretty.

Review 27：The access to the hotel was nothing more than a dust and gravel track, I was on a motorcycle and was mostly only just in control especially for the first time when unknown. I would strongly recommend reconsidering if you are going on anything other than an off road motorbike, if the weather turned wet it could get unrideable.

It is off 112H past the mini market, the very steep narrow gravel road is across the street from a 2 story yellow house The street sign is attached to a wood fence. It must be challenging getting up that road in the winter time

Review 34：This was a lovely rural place with fantastic views and near Bran castle. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and recommended food dishes for dinner, which were great. They even set up an extra table to let us have coffee with a view after breakfast. Good value for money and v comfortable.

Review 40：The building was beautifully renovated, making it look very ornate. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, and the room was very clean. The views were spectacular, especially from the 'tower'.

Review 41：One night we had one incident with some other hotel guests who decided at 5 am to have their private party, get drunk and make lots of noise in the room above ours. Although this has nothing directly to do with the hotel or the staff, the employee "on-duty" was very nice and calmed them down after approx. 30 minutes.

Review 42：The location and the rooftop 360 degrees view were amazing. It felt like we were somewhere far away from the craziness and noise of the cities, simply amazing. We also enjoyed the game room and the simple & delicious breakfast where they were serving local products like "zacusca", fresh cheese and home-made jam.

Review 43：The room was fabulous! A very comfortable bed and a sparkling clean bathroom. The location was fab too - surrounded by the hills, which covered in fresh snow looked amazing on a bright day. Just a walking distance from Bran Castle was a bonus! Food in the restaurant was really good too, including a massive continental breakfast.

Review 44：We rented the apartment on the 1st floor, which has a fantastic view over the valley and the castle, and also a very nice fireplace. The room is very spacious, very well heated even in the coldest weather. We enjoyed playing snooker and WII at the location. There is a restaurant which serves traditional food, rather average quality but good value for the money. If there is snow or ice, it is rather tricky to drive right up to the Inn if you don't have proper tires or the necessary driving skills. The staff were friendly and catered to all our needs. Definitely a nice place to come back to.

Review 47：The rooms are nice and clean, and had balcony with a view over the surrounding area. Which was breathtaking! We had dinner in the hotel and their restaurant is very good. Same goes for the breakfast. It was very good. You can eat on the terrace with that same awesome view that we had from our room.

The staff is highly educated, very polite and can accommodate any requests. The food is great and they might use locally harvested vegetables which give the dishes a distinguish flavour and taste. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience the Transylvanian beauties, hospitality and dishes.

Review 56：We stayed for 2 nights with our 8 month old daughter in the suite. We loved it! The room was so big and spacious and very clean. The hotel also supplied a cot for our daughter. My parents and parents-in-law also stayed (they had double rooms) which were also lovely and clean and very spacious. The beds were also very comfortable and we slept so well :) The location is lovely and scenic and you have a great view of EVERYTHING! The staff at Transylvanian Inn were so lovely, friendly and helpful. They really made our stay that much better! As an international travel agent, I will definitely be recommending this Hotel to anyone going to Bran.
