Review 1：wifi was poor (many operations timed out/google maps was nearly unusable).
Review 2：spacious room. Plenty of power outlets. Super convenient to Castro Street (downtown Mountain View) and its many restaurants and businesses. Friendly staff.
Review 3：Room was by the stairs. No noise insulation in walls/windows. I heard every person walking up the stairs, especially those dragging their roller-board suitcases up the stairs. I was woken up several times between 10pm and 1am by this. I had to get up very early for an important job interview. I could not even turn a fan on for "white noise". The fan was operated by temperature in the room, so the fan would turn on and off automatically all night. Too noisy, I slept horribly. Also front desk staff wasn't that friendly, no elevator for those with luggage, and only 2 coat hangers in room.

Review 5：Surly attendant who could not find my booking. Placed in a room so close to the street with paper thin walls. Might as well have slept on the curb. The "breakfast" consisted of cold cereal, old store bought sweet rolls and a half working juice machine.

Review 9：The breakfast is a joke! This hotel is too expensive for what you get. An Indian family is managing this hotel and most of the time there is nobody at the front desk...there is also trash near the stairs to go to the rooms.
Review 10：This was a great little find. I chose it because of its proximity to Shoreline Amphitheater and was really surprised by how cool it was. Everything was clean and comfortable and I was super happy with my stay. I didn't have breakfast or use the wifi, so I cannot comment on those amenities.

Location is great right between dwn town Castro an shoreline which makes it Convient wen they hold concerts off shorline. Clean an comfortable rooms suitable for me. Review 16：Poorly operated. Manager was trying to take care of his kids while checking us in. Cleaning staff finished cleaning our room after 6:00 PM. Items on the menu for breakfast were very limited and not appetizing, so we ate out. On the 4th day of a 5 day stay, we found out that someone had left our room's front window open and that it had been open during our entire stay.

Review 25：Rooms are badly isolated and because many rooms are very close to Camino Real you may need ear plugs to sleep. Also in-room heating very noisy. Breakfast was very basic. At 7:45 AM there was no more coffee or milk at breakfast, and staff did not show up when I rang the bell (checked back an hour later, nothing had changed). Very slow wifi for which you had to put in username & password several times per day.

(B) Housekeeping did not finish cleaning our room until 6:30 PM. 6:30??? She also had the TV blaring a Spanish soap opera; and had her 3 yr old asleep in our room. (C) ONE washcloth for 2 people ? Really? (D) Two of the three lamps had HUGE tears in the shades. REPLACE the shades - the whole room looked trashed when we walked in.
