Review 1：I booked over booking.com and when i arrived was just told which rooms were available (which was lower level than promised and without balcony - just above the pool). When i informed them i had booked upper level other room they said it was more expensive (500 mxn pesos) so that was super annoying trying to be cheated. In the end kindness and a bit of acting naive gets you what you want; we of course got the room we booked for the price promised.

Review 5：We were a group of 3 couples and we booked a room for 6 with 3 beds. turns out it was a king bed were 4 of us were supposed to sleep together +2 individual beds. That was a bit weird

Review 7：Our room was in the new annex (like a box by the pool). The view is obscured due to being lower, and there is no privacy if people are in the pool or doing work next door. There was building work going on and it was noisy from 7am. The bathroom does not have a roof, it is open to the rest of the room, not good if anyone in your group has an upset stomach! The wifi signal was very weak. Not close enough to any good restaurants to go walking. The price was too high given these defects.
Review 8：The view of the lake was amazing! Better if you are in a room on the higher floors. The breakfast that you can pay for in the restaurant was good. The decor in the rooms was nice. Very clean and new.
Review 9：The access to the pool while staying on the two top floors is not good, one has to go out of the premises, pass through the front parking zone and then back to the premises.

Review 12：Need Wifi in rooms since the staff locks up the reception area with wifi access at night. The construction is still going on woke us up early but the hotel will look marvelous when finished.

Review 14：It is still had the smell of construction materials. Climb stairs with luggage. The door knob was loose. The car stays outside. It is expensive for the value.

Review 16：Half of the building is still under construction, so there are no services like restaurant or breakfast. the owners say it will all be ready for Easter Vacations (semana santa), so by then it will be great.
