Review 1：The rooms are dated, they do need some modernization. The bathroom was very dirty, the tub was horrible. The wifi was very poor. They do not accept credit card, only cash but we had not been told it before.

This is 2015 and they need toget into this century. The lack of elevator and credit card servicesneed to be included in your description of this hotel on your website.

Tiles outside of hotel look ugly, like somebody poured an acid around them. Smashed eggs at breakfast were at least 3 days old !

Review 38：It is a clean, comfortable and cozy hotel. Good location, in the middle of everything but no noice. The owner was extremely jolly and friendly. Good to see the smiling face after long travel. Without even asking, he showed us the places to visit. Breakfast good. And most importantly it is so quiet that i had my best sleep since i took on the travel. Strongly recommended!

Hotel certainly not 4 stars as advertised.

He also got bus schedules for our return to Ljubljana and schedules for the boat to the island. The room was very clean, breakfast was homemade and delicious. Our visit could not have been nicer.

About 60 steps to climb to room.

The position is excellent and the staff are the real reson I am responding to this. They spoke great English, spent time researching our onward journey and generally could not have been more helpful. Review 134：The hotel is clean and nice. Location is close to the lake, bus station and a very nice restaurant named Ostrina. Basically owner did everything including carry luggage, arranging breakfast, provided travel guides and cleanning the rooms... He did very well but we worried about his health...Hope he take care, we will visit Bled again with staying in his hotel.
