Review 1：Extension of stay I had to change to a more expensive room because the cheaper one was full, so I changed to an appartment building nearby. Breakfast was okay, food was cold.

Hotel located near busy night spots and at the same end of town as the big glitzy shopping centre, 6 minute walk to train station. Moped hire about 3 minute walk away if that's your thing you can leave moped at hotel when checking out. Friendly staff.

Review 73：The hotel is new and in very good condition. Location is nearby city center and restaurants, pubs, shops are in walking distance. Time to get to airport by car about 15 minutes. Rooms are large, modern with good asian standard. Hotel staff is very friendly with a smile. Room service is reliable and very good. Parking is directly in front of the hotel. I can recommend Glacier and would book again.

Review 74：The components of the room were not well made/maintained. The couch in our room had holes in it, the walls had scuffs in them and the bed sheet had a stain on it. Overall I don't think this is a four star hotel or worth the money compared to other hotels in the area.

Review 75：Staff were great. IT guy even came to my room at midnight to help me get online. There are some very nice design elements to the hotel and the rooms. The satellite television had good English channels. The room was very spacious.

Review 78：The sofa was tired and looked dirty. A little bit off road placement of the hotel. Shower and bathtub too open such that floor got easily wet.

Review 84：No small table with two chairs in room so no way to relax except on thebed. No lighting over the King size bed so couldn't read in bed. Noway to have dim night lighting at night - either totally dark, or toobright (we will carry a small night light with us next time.) No lightover bathroom sink mirror so a little too dim to do up hair there. And,as usual in Thailand, all the lighting in the room is on the dim side.Had to make up hair at the large mirror in the bedroom area. Also thetoilet paper is dispensed as single layer 4 inch by 8 inch sheets whichwasn't to my liking. I prefer roll paper. We didn't eat at theevening seafood buffet so cannot rate that. But ordering off of the menuwas a disappointment. Very limited choices and no way to order sideswith the main dishes.One other thing is that there is very limited parking in front of the hotel although there is a parking area not far away. And the hotel is in an area with very few people on the streets at night. I wasn't brave enough to go wandering away from the hotel at night as a result.

Review 85：I would rate the hotel as 3.5 - 4.0 star and we stayed in a "DeluxeDouble" room which was a King size bed. Very good breakfast menu,large bathroom and bedroom, lots of amenities (slippers, robes, safe,hair dryer, refrigerator, large flat tv, hot pot and coffee makingsbathroom amenities) and very clean (only 4 years old). We stayed on theback side of the hotel on the sixth floor which was quiet. (However myfriend was on the same floor on the front side and said the music fromthe evening entertainment was pretty loud in his room.)
