Review 1：the road to het there is for off road veachles , for that price i was expekting at least a minibar or a cofee machine in the hotel

Review 5：The staff didn't call to tell us that the propriety where we should have stayed is closed. The staff didn't care to give us directions to the second location where they could offer us a room. The staff didn't inform the staff from the next shift about us - they didn't even know that we were staying there. The room they gave us had a broken lock. The second room they gave us had no hot water until morning. Plus other things. All this happened between 21:00 and 1:00am.

Review 7：The curtains were semi-transparent and white-ish - therefore, you cannot sleep for too much in the mornings as the light comes through quite easily. Quite a lot to drive from the city centre (about 10 minutes as the road is a countryside road).
Review 8：High quality accommodation which is designed to offer a beautiful view of Bran. The upper bed offered a very good sleep with an amazing view. Good WiFi.

Review 11：the access road has a few kilometers and is not easy to do in the night, the hotel is not signalized, the reception is in the center of Bran and not at the actual hotel. If you have problems you have to resolve them by phone.

Review 21：The villas are great, but unless you rent the entire villa, there is not much privacy. The layout is such that everything can be heard from one room to another and from the common living room. We've been waked up by cleaning personnel banging at our door because there is no "do not disturb" signs available. However, the above will not preclude us from going there again.
Review 22：Location is excellent, with a view that only few places in Europe can provide. Owners are nice and go out of their way to make guests feel good, however there are a few minuses that may be important for some travellers.
