Review 1：the place is very old and outdated which i am ok with but there were some things that needed to be cared for. the first day we checked in we did not have hot water. the chair at the kitchen table had a screw sticking out and cut my son on the leg. the shower curtain was full of mold at the bottom and the ceiling on the bathroom was also moldy.
Review 2：the staff was very nice and helpful. we did not have hot water in the apartment so they moved us to a different apartment and also extended our check-out the last day. nice views and good location. well equipped kitchen
Review 3：The beds were like sleeping on a hard floor, lucky for us it was for 1 night only, I wouldn't have been happy if I'd booked for a week and had to endure them for longer. Apartment smelt musty and kitchen was basic.

Review 7：Our room looked straight into a hill - avoid unit 49. No fan and to leave the doors/windows open for air meant trying to sleep with mosquitoes and noisy neighbours until 3.00am. Tired apartments.

Review 9：There was some confusion with regard to pickup of the keys. We were originally told to collect them in Boavista Spa Resort, which is a long way away and very difficult to get to without a car. However, we could collect the keys in a little safe within the Seaview apartment complex, but the clarification took a several phone calls and emails. No Wifi. The outer area is in need of renovation/maintenance.
Review 10：The location and views from the balcony were fantastic. Also lots of space and the apartment itself was very clean. All in all we were very happy.

Review 15：very comfortable and spacious. I got an email one week in advance with the code of a safe to collect the key on site - so no need to travel to Bosvista golf.
Review 16：The bed was exceedingly hard,but firm and of good quality. We had a problem with it but others may not. The bathroom needed an update, especially the shower area. The bath was very narrow and slippery when standing in the shower.

Review 18：I didn't like to phone in the evening why nobody is there. Our code for the safe was not correct and the number of the appartement was not in our email. It was very terrible.
Review 19：Shortage of kitchen equipment. Mugs were chipped and there was no frying pan or measuring jug. Sadly the cold weather meant we had to use the electric heaters a lot and needed a hot water bottle.

Review 21：While the apartment had been cleaned thoroughly it was generally in need of maintenance, particularly the bathroom, several cracked tiles and black mould on the grout that couldn't be removed by cleaning. The communal areas looked rather unloved and unwelcoming, and really could do with a lick of paint and general cleaning of tiles etc Toaster didn't work, neither did the TV, solid plate hob worked but was very unresponsive. I think the apartment was a little overpriced given the above, I would recommend but with slight reservation.

Review 27：Wish there was Wifi, would have liked more towels, shampoo/soap etc. We would have liked an instruction guide to the apartment, town etc. Our friends were staying at the top of the hill and had a guide with Emergency contacts and doctor info. My husband got sick and if they didn't have that I don't know what we would have done without that. The "sea view" is pushing it. There's a lot of brush that really needs to be trimmed to improve the view.
