Review 1：Light fitting didn't work. No extra toilet paper. There was a toaster, assuming you could make your own breakfast, but there were no plates and only 1 teaspoon for cutlery. Broken ironing board, and lacking in linen ie face cloths.

Review 2：Age old microwave, bedding is horrible, no pillows, towels were not washed properly, bathroom was dirty, kitchen utensils were missing, dirty cups to list a few.

Review 4：The booking stated breakfast included. Did not state full breakfast or continental. After ordering breakfast the night before was only told on checkout that it was continental breakfast only. Breakfast order was wrong. Was charged $26 for sausage and eggs and bacon and eggs. Breakfast meal was average. Milk in coffee was burnt. I thought the room was a bit dear for what it was.

Review 8：The bathroom was in a very poor condition with mouldy shower curtain, cracked hand basin and mismatched tiles. The main room had a very unpleasant smell.

Review 9：Attitude of 1 staff member - he was arrogant and his vibe was of annoyance when asking him to do things. I thought he was possibly sexist, but I can't say for sure. Definitely won't stay there again.

Review 11：The foxtel only had 2 channels ,they had 2 radios in the room which couldn't be plugged in our used,the coffee cups where dirty,the bathroom wasn't very clean

Review 12：the room smelt, the towels, the sheets, the pillows and the blankets were old, stained, thin and discoloured. The blanket was dirty, the bathroom had an electrical plug that was broken, the place had not been updated in years

Review 14：Mainly location as I was purchasing a motorhome from Sydney RV. Didn't have time to explore facilities. Receptionist (same person on check in and check out) was excellent.

Review 15：There was NO staff at reception,even when we hit the buzzer no one came, so we rang reception 4 times and still no one answered from 6:30pm onwards Asked for late check out at 10:30, staff came and asked if we were going to check out at 10:15 even though we had asked for later check out!

Review 16：The check in was easy and efficient, with the reception staff very welcoming. We had interconnecting rooms which worked well with adult children. The location was close to Penrith Panthers which was where our function was and an easy walk to the river if you wanted a stroll. Parking was plentiful.It isn't the Ritz but the beds were very comfortable, the rooms clean and as advertised. It was value for money.

Review 19：The odour of cooking. The fact that there was only two mismatched coffee cups with no cultery. I asked the manager to provide an extra top sheet for the divan and he undertook to do so but did not. (Not that I expected him to anyway).

Review 27：I felt extremely disappointed as I booked and paid for a room with a spa but the hot water system wasn't working, so I couldn't get to use the spa. I guess I feel ripped off as I wasn't offered any sort of compensation for this unfortunate matter. The only reason I was told of the hot water system failure was by a staff member who was having her break outside whilst I was outside of my room. There was no formal notification or apology by management.

Showers are slippery and dangerous, my husband broke his arm while getting out of the shower. I adv the property via their email, and haven't heard anything back. My husband had to have an operation and screw the bone together, no work for him for 6 weeks. Would have liked an acknowledgment, we are not making a claim.

Review 43：The pool although not being used was dirty and not a good look. There was no microwave to heat things in and the room could have been cleaner. We found cobwebs in the bathroom, anon slip mat in the bathroom would have helped as the tiles are dangerously slippery.

When we arrived both couples had two double beds in each room. Felt ripped off. They would not rectify the situation and put us in the one room when we explained the situation. Won't be staying there again

Review 54：I had a neighbour who was in an abusive physical and verbal relationship that kept me awake from 12 midnight -3am and again from 5am-6+.am the night phone was uncontactable and I very much felt like ringing the police. An apology from staff was given in on check out . It has left me scarred

Despite mentioning in my booking that I was travelling alone offering to take a room for one if possible3 months before visit they did not tell me that they had put me in the one room with 3 x double beds and one single! Ridiculous. Room had a microwave, toaster, fridge and sink but no utensils to make use of them with. Hairdryer did not work and despite being there for 5 days it was not fixed although I requested help on first morning

Review 60：In the motel handbook it does not have the number to ring for Reception even though it says to ring Reception for any queries.

Review 61：I had business with Sydney RV Centre and the PVI was ideal in proximity to it. It was a lovely surprise to find it was just a short stroll to the Nepean River Walkway which will take you to the RV Centre (approx. 25 min stroll).

Review 70：Male receptionist spent all the time on phone and just threw paperwork at us when we arrived and said room was "over there". A very rude greeting by the dark skinned male. Very confused at night security lockout - not informed by receptionist.

This was probably because the room windows could not open to allow fresh air in the room and probably the room was closed for a long duration. The size of AC in the room was too small with reference to the room size (family room) The in room furniture was not in good shape and required replacement (drawers stuck, paint chipped off, etc) There was an iron available in the room but no stand. There is no lift available in the hotel.

Review 82：Although we were 2 adults with a 2 year old child, i had booked a family room as that was the only one available at the time of booking. The staff was excellent and made the stay comfortable. While checking-in, i was informed that if i had made a direct booking, i could have got some discount. (That's something that i would surely consider next time)
