Review 1：Food was abysmal compared to my last visit. Menus had disappeared andvery tired buffet. Had to eat outside although I had paid for meals.Disappointing and confirmed by other guests.

Review 15：Because of reconstruction works of bridge it was very difficult to reach the hotel.

Review 16：This place is very dated and appears to be popular for over 65's. we hardly saw guests under that age. The disco entertainment also had guest over age of 50. If you are a senior, than this would be ok. if you are younger, you will be the hot stuff. The place is more like from the movie Cacoon.

Review 18：I would not recommend this hotel for those who expect the value for their money. The bathroom and the toilet in the standard double-bed room seem quiet old. The toilet broke during our five-night stay. The curtains on the window do not prevent the light come in from the outside which makes sleeping very uncomfortable. Our sheets were not changed during our stay and the cleaning was generally poor and that applies for a balcony as well. The quality of breakfast does not comply with the four-star standard and the luck of good organisation was evident in the beakfast rooms. The staff should be more minded to the needs of quests.

Review 19：The location is excellent, in the centre of a beautiful park.The access to the Ballnea Centre directly from the hotel makes the stay here very comfortable.We love the outside swimming pool but more attention should be paid to the everyday cleaning.

Review 20：Surface maintenance and destination plechebnyh doctor procedural doctors are waiting for a tip, then do the procedure more active, especially massages and individual exercises for rehabilitation. The analysis results are ready in a week, what is the meaning? They are required to use the procedures at the beginning of treatment and to summarize at the end of treatment. Very bad work travel company in lobby of the hotel, at the last minute canceled trips, which are paid for money. Time to change anything anymore, very strange service. Order a taxi through the reception too weird-prices vary up to 100% have to sort things out. At the end on our room were written accounts of other people's cafe, I had half an hour to figure out and prove that the check is not our signature, it was not nice!

Review 22：No air-conditioning. Though we were in February, so it didn't bother us", I think air-conditioning is a must nowadays at the 4 star Hotel. I will never go to a hotel without air-conditioning in Central Europe in the summer months.

Review 23：An absolutely quiet, relaxing atmosphere. All you need for a comfortable stay. The free Wifi, available absolutely through the whole hotel, which is not the case in many Hungarian hotels, was a great plus.

Review 26：It was very difficult to arrange an iron. There was a room you could use, but you had to arrange it during working hours, which is not easy if you are in meetings. An iron & ironing board in the room would be useful (and expected also for a 4* hotel). Tea & coffee-making facilities in the room would be nice (and expected also for a 4* hotel). The restaurant staff could use some training.... But really these were minor irritations - overall it is a very nice place.

Review 27：A bit difficult to get to from abroad, but worth it once you get there. The whole complex was very impressive and, although it could do with a face-lift on the outside, inside it was very well maintained and nicely presented. The whole complex is very interesting and well-kept and I am just sorry that all I had time for was a swim....

Review 28：This hotel hasn't been refurbished for years. The decoration was really old, few things in the room were broken (a lamp and some tiles in the bathroom), the toilette was so old i'd never seen anything like that. I didn't enjoy most of the food. We booked 2 nights just to enjoy the spa facilities, so really dissapointed to wake up on Monday to find the pool was empty and on cleaning process; we had to use a different hotel's pool which didn't have any spa facilities. Too expensive for the quality.

Review 29：The staff was very helpful, in particular the cleaning ladies. The spa was quite nice, good athmosphere. Location is very good. Lots of treatments available, despite we didn't try any.
