Review 2:I.like the view.thats it.,.BEst room is the.(front ocean view..).do not get the cheaper one.it sucksss...

Review 3:That food place that's in there

Review 4:My view of the Ocean & The Staff, I Really like the Guy Michael or Mike is why I call him & I wished that you had Room Service that would be awesome & the fact that they knock on the door & ask if you want your room clean is great, but besides that I like that place, Thank You

Review 5:Rooms are out dated, pillow cases were stained with makeup it seemed that they were not changed. Front office person that assisted us was not very friendly.

Review 6:Parking was free. The view from my room

Review 7:The staff were not very friendly. The room was in disrepair, carpet worn and cabinets peeling and mold and rust around bath tub.

Review 8:The view was really good.

Review 9:The bed was real uncomfortable.

Review 10:I had as a good of an ocean view as you could get in AC, and an exit from the hotel lobby right to the boardwalk. There room was only $200/night dung Memorial Day weekend.

Review 11:Would like valet parking or an elevator in the garage. Too old for the steps.

Review 12:Very nice room (2704) with a beautiful ocean view. Lovely lunch at the Irish Pub.

Review 13:Dark room. Poor lighting. Horrible check in process. Be careful of hidden fees The charge a security deposit of $100. It can take up to 30 days to be released from your card.

Review 14:The view of the ocean

Review 15:Rooms were Outdated, our bathtub was dirty. And strangely a window to the room in the bathing area. Some things need more then repairs. But overall it wasn't too bad for 1 night.

Review 16:I liked that there was a kitchenette and the bathroom was big! Also that there was a pull out bed and a nice big closet?

Review 17:The walls are thin. Some the finishing is dated like the tiles, sink and tub. The walls are thin I can hear other dwellers, but I happen to be used to it.

Review 18:I loved the morning the most woke up and saw the ocean view.. It had a tv kitchen and I love a warm shower. the location is great it's no the center of it all.

Review 19:Why is there THREE separate companies sharing the building? The parking situation is a pain and check-in a problem. We got our room and it was dingy, with a puddle or brown filth in the tub. When we called for a new room, they made us sit there and wait for housekeeping to come, even though another maid was in the hall (who didn't work for our property, very confusing). Anyway, the maid comes, calls and tells her what I told her, and we were told to grab all our stuff and go back to the desk for another room. When we got there - we were told we were being upgraded to another room class for our trouble, but when we got there - it was the same layout; just with current (modern) furniture and clean floors. So, you have to get upgraded to have the same room with post-1990 furnishings. Hmmm. If they figure out how to consolidate ops between the three owners, furnish the rooms uniformly and keep it clean, the place is awesome.

Review 20:jacuzzi tubs, view, kitchenette

Review 21:Read the above

Review 22:The suites were nice but the mattresses needed some help. I felt like I was sleeping on the bed springs. The view was excellent, I had an ocean view room. I wasn't impressed for the amount of money I paid...

Review 23:The changing of price. From the confirmation . The size of the renovated room . And the amenities in the kitchen. I had to ask for pots and pan's. And there were paint cans under the sink. Also were not accommodating when asked for a later check out.

Review 24:The ocean view . The location . The comfort of the bed .

Review 25:The room looked like a short stay motel room with a mini kitchen added to it . It was over priced n looked like they had water damage to the rug as well as just finishing new construction .

Review 26:None of it for the $148 for one night that I spent . Especially when I saw all the dark orange water. N then when I found that I could get a room at Harrahs for $58 !!!!

Review 27:My only complaint was the bed was very hard, so I had trouble falling asleep. The furniture was dated, but the room was clean. I thought the price was fair, but the bed is an important part of a stay.

Review 28:I loved my view from my room and that I was right on the boardwalk. Having a mini kitchen was great, I could just reheat my dinner and dint have to go out and get something to eat.

Review 29:There is only one tiny diner style place to eat in the hotel building, and it's pretty old and the food is not good at all. Thankfully, you are on the boardwalk and can just walk to several places that offer decent food. Very strange: if you stay at Atlantic Palace Bluegreen, you have to to pay a $12 parking fee, but if you stay at Atlantic Palace Suites which is in the same exact building (and the same type of rooms-not sure why they have them separated and operated by different managers), there is no parking fee, for the same parking garage.

Review 30:Great location -right on the boardwalk, with great views. Excellent game area for children, sauna, steam room, outside pool (although it was closed when we were there), helpful staff. I liked the very spacious rooms with equipped kitchens and jacuzzi that can overlook the ocean, depending on your room!

Review 31:I stayed in room 2007..this room must have been made up for Halloween. The bed was old and dirty the sheets were older. The bath tube has so many cracks in the enamel that it looked like a street map. The carpet was old torn and dirty. The kitchenette was a joke with two broken burners and a moldy refrigerator. The threat of a charge if something was damaged was insulting, you could not make anything worse in the room! Finally the the fright night sofa with the creepy cover was the final slap in the face.

Review 32:The view was the only thing that saved this stay. It was easy to get onto the boardwalk. The window seal was the best place to sleep.

Review 33:The room was big and had a fantastic view of the ocean. The bathroom was also big, however the sheets on the bed were a little dirty but the bed itself was comfortable.

Review 34:At checkout time had to wait about 10 min. for elevator. Several were full. At all other times elevators were fine.

Review 35:The view was extraordinary. Liked leaving out the front door and walking directly onto the boardwalk. Could sit at the pool and watch people walking on the boardwalk.

Review 36:I stayed at Atlantic Palace back in 2000 & it was absolutely a beautiful place at that time. Revisiting again in 2014 was very disappointing. It has lost its value & felt like an overrated hotel. The elevators were quite old & shabby as was the bed. Bathroom was not super clean either. Definitely won't stay again unless some serious renovations are made.

Review 37:Told staff bed was horrible , wanted to change rooms but was told I couldn't look at 2nd room, first. Amanda also told us room would be rented by others, so we left. Finally told by mgr. next day they didn't rent it, SCAM

Review 38:Close to beach

Review 39:parking. very tight for 2 cars. no elevator we parked on top floor. Water pressure in shower was very poor. $10 for room key deposit and $100 deposit for room was a bit much when you are spending $400 a night for a room. Small bath towels.

Review 40:Convenient location. Room was decent size. Very nice view. Staff was friendly. Pool area was not too crowded and we liked the picnic tables and umbrellas. Also liked the fact that the hotel has good security at night and you needed your key to enter after 12.

Review 41:The noise level was awful. Banging into walks, maybe the sweepers from the cleaning crew. Slamming doors. Sand in my room upon arrival, the smell of marihuana on my floor. And the lighting in my room was awful.. I do apologize, my family and I would stay somewhere else next time. Some things to work on.

Review 42:Location was perfect. Security guard was very helpful and friendly.

Review 43:The room was not at all what was shown on the website... the wait time for the elvator was insane.. overall horrible experience and will not be returning ever again n will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Review 44:The staff specially a receptionist her name is Amanda. She is the rudest person I ever met in my life. She was ruin my stay. I was asking a manager but she said she is the one. So I have no option except leaving wizout saying anything.

Review 45:The condominium is awesome. I like the view and cleaness

Review 46:-the Bluegreen at Atlantic Palace (timeshares and rentals) was obviously not as well-managed as Atlantic Palace itself. We noticed long check in lines, few employees, and several disgruntled patrons. If you are deciding between Bluegreen or just Atlantic Palace, stay with Atlantic Palace. VERY positive experience. -Elevators are busy during key times (check-out on Sunday took 3 tries before we got into an elevator with room for us) - just plan accordingly - leave yourself extra time during those busier hours

Review 47:-outstanding views -quick check-in -able to park prior to check-in -parking garage was safe and overseen by a kind person (spaces were tight, but, if you know how to drive, it's not a problem. We chose a corner spot in a well-lit area of my luxury suv. We had no complaints.) -room was incredibly spacious (studio, ocean view) -CLEAN room, dishes, jetted tub, towels, kitchen appliances, carpet, hallways, and facilities -pool area we neat and the pool attendant was a very polite young man -we enjoyed the swim-out pool, hot tub, and sauna -felt safe with a key-only entry off the boardwalk -very quiet

Review 48:The bed was really hard I had to take the steps a few times due to the long wait for all 3 elevators. The bathrooms in the lobby weren't working correctly & had to go to another floor to use bathroom on 3rd floor while using the pool. The blue green suits are way nicer than the Atlantic palace.

Review 49:The view is always amazing.

Review 50:no accommodation from staff whatsoever? and there are quick to tell you we can cancel your reservation if you dont want pay more no coffee in room, very cheap

Review 51:The first night I was charged $159 the second night was $251.12 for a total of $410.12. You cant check in until late afternoon. Way to much money for this hotel and my air conditioning was not working.

Review 52:Location was great and had parking on sight.

Review 53:The room and especially the bed

Review 68:I was under the impression that the hotel had an indoor jacuzzi. Also did not like the fact that there was no room service.

Review 69:Bed wasn't to comfortable.

Review 70:Ocean beach front view is nice.

Review 71:Queen bed with ocean view and whirl pool tub.Great romantic getaway.

Review 72:The bed was very uncomfortable and the carpeting needs replacing.

Review 77:Nice room & view of ocean & boardwalk relax & had a great time

Review 78:The heat never really came on

Review 79:Staff was friendly. Location was amazing and close to everything. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Review 80:security in the parking garage at night....or lack thereof that I saw.

Review 81:The View, size of room.

Review 82:Didn't like the beach too dirty. Only stayed one day instead of 3 and couldn't get a refund for the 2 days we didn't stay.

Review 83:Hotel

Review 84:Stains in tub bathroom tile broken mattress poor poor lighting I thought it woukd be nice it wasn't very disappointed

Review 85:The staff, the bed was horrible

Review 86:The room was nice

Review 87:Long elevator wait

Review 88:The kitchen and huge bathroom, loved the pull out bed

Review 89:ac unit very load; no coffee in room; tiny parking spaces

Review 90:location and staff

Review 91:The bed was to small, low and hard.

Review 92:That it's on the Boardwalk

Review 93:The room was well organized

Review 94:not enough info about area elevators

Review 95:view location interior of the room bell hops very nice

Review 96:desk clerk very rude

Review 97:The rule for the parking, you have to take out your car right away after you check out.

Review 98:Nice place to stay

Review 99:Its was in a perfect location. The room was clean and the staff was friendly

Review 100:The bed was to soft my back was killing me in the morning.

Review 101:The view and the room.

Review 102:The elevators were so slow we ended up walking the steps most of the time

Review 103:The large window with a view of the ocean

Review 104:The people was very friendly, I love the view of the beach

Review 105:BATHROOM HAS A WINDOW INTO LIVING ROOM AND IT IS HARD TO GET INTO THE TUB

Review 106:We didn't find any.

Review 107:We were looking for a quiet place to stay and we found it at Atlantic Palace. It wasn't our first stay at AP, and it's not going to be the last one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel is right on a boardwalk, the beach is just few steps away. There are no beach bars nearby, and that's exactly what made us happy. So, for those who is looking for more fun and noise it is not the choice.

Review 108:The bathroom was not clean. The tub had old marks, and looked like some dirt spots. The hair dryer was dirty. Smoke spots. It had a old look to the room. It wasn't as big as it looked online. The pool, and activities was closed early.

Review 109:I loved the location. Very convenient. The view was great.

Review 110:this is not a hotel, this is an apt complex . rate should be around $80/day they are cheating people asking for higher rate as 5 star. you can not make money by cheating , you can cheat one time , not every time. people will judge hotel standard . when I lived : 1. 1 of room light was not working 2. asked to clean everything 3. no room service 4. no coffee in the room 5. no complementary breakfast 6. TV was old 7. only 2 towels were there for 4 people . 8. No operator were available after 9PM . 8. we paid almost $300/night

Review 111:scenic view.

Review 112:I did not like that the room was not clean and when I cakkef down to the front desk she stated tjat there is nothing she can do. When one of my guest works as an inspector. We was on a bachlorett get away the cleaning staff and bellman was very helpful and full of smiles

Review 113:The location was great yes we will give another try

Review 114:Very poor staff, especially front desk, as very slow 35 minutes to check in, and 10 minutes to check out , close to rude communication to check out on time& threaten you by charging extra.....

Review 115:Only place and situation

Review 116:Stayed at Blue Green at Atlantic Palace once before, thought that was where I was booking this time. Walked up to check in and was told I needed to check in 'in the back'. That office was the size of a closet and lacked all the appeal of the Blue Green desk. The rooms were something out of a motel 8 (maybe worse I don't stay at those places.) OceanView stands for side view of another building but if you twist your neck around you can see the water. There is a the threat of fees for EVERYTHING. If you take a towel, use the silverware in the musty kitchen and don't clean it, if you don't check out there's a charge for the plastic room keys! This is not what I call worth paying $200 a night to stay at. Next time I will take the Sheraton for $225. The only reason I gave this a fair is the ladies working the check in were very nice and the location. Otherwise if you're not booking directly with Blue Green at Atlantic Palace don't bother or you will be staying in an old outdated uncleanly hotel room.

Review 117:This hotel needs an renovation ASAP! The floor in the bathroom was cracked. Slip covers on the couch and chair makes me wonder what's underneath. None of the lamps matched. The rug was stained in several spots!!

Review 118:The location is perfect. The staff was very nice.

Review 119:We stayed at the Atlantic Palace(not to be confused with BlueGreen at the Atlantic Palace although it's in the same building, which we've stayed before...they're rooms are much, much nicer). The room we stayed in was very dated, especially for the price we paid. A faint smell of mildew smell welcomes us followed but dust everywhere. Dated mini kitchen with table/chairs. Even the papers on the mini refrigerator were stained and crinkled. The flat screen tv/cable box was just sitting on the window ledge with wires everywhere. The bathroom had countertops that were peeling or chipped off. The floor tiles had huge/long cracks that were dirty, along with the floors. The tub/shower was so high(and gross), you could barely get in it and the water didn't turn off all the way. You had to stand there turning the knob so hard until it stopped dripping. And we're still trying to figure out why there was a window in the shower area looking into the bedroom/kitchen area. I guess that was the "thing" to do. Some of the lights didn't work and there were mystery stains in random places. We were pretty disappointed with the room. The only thing that was good about this room was the view. If you want a dated, over-priced room, that you will avoid your whole trip, this room is perfect. However, for the amount of money they charge, you would think they would update it more than just throwing a flat screen tv on the window ledge.

Review 120:We liked that it was located on the Boardwalk but far enough away from all the noise. The view in the room was great but that's about it.

Review 121:he check out was the worst experience that I ever had waited 30 minutes to be able get down stairs.

Review 122:the staff was great, room location excellent. cleanness was good. I would return

Review 123:Beautiful view, I wish to go back for the 4th of July, my wife and I loved the covinience of the location, unfortunately it was already booked out for the Independence Day!!!!

Review 124:Some personal in the parking lot doesn't give the right information and not friendly

Review 125:My special request about be in the most high floor also the view of the sea woow was awesome!!

Review 126:Our queen size bed was very uncomfortable. Too soft & lumpy. Woke w/ a sore back. Very dirty behind the Murphy bed when we pulled it down. Lots of dust & crumbs.

Review 127:Loved the location & the view. Staff was friendly & helpful. Great water pressure in shower. My son loved the jet tub.

Review 128:Room 2606 plywood between mattress and box springs. No temperature control in the room it was so hot!! Didnt change comforters or blanket just sheets.Pillows sound like trash bags and the walls are very thin. Very unpleasant stay and they were out of coffee I lobby in the morning and nobody says salsalutations.

Review 129:Closeness to boardwalk
