Review 1：air-con didn't work, we froze... tv remote control didnt work, so no tv. no shampoo, no soap in the shower. room was like used before us. some drinks and foods has been taken. BTW my room was Wide Suit.

Review 5：Quite crowded during a long weekend, hence hard to find a table at dinner. But the staff was friendly and helpful, did their best to seat us as quickly as possible.

Review 6：Great location, a short ride to Golcuk. Fun, well-designed and comfortable swimming pool and spa area. Good food and a lot of variety at breakfast and dinner buffets. We had a suit on the fifth floor with three bathrooms, a balcony with forest view, and skylights in the bedroom. The most comfortable and spacious hotel room I have ever stayed in.

Review 7：Taste of food, quality and restaurant were not satisfactory. smell of kitchen in the restaurant and the long ques for grill were really bad. I did not like massage service.

Review 13：Our stay was expencive probably because we made a last minute reservation for a national holliday. Probably again for the same reason and because the facility is very big, there were a lot of families and children staying. That makes the place noisy and messy.

Review 14：Facility location is a beautiful piece of nature. Deers, rabbits, goats and the walkpad thru forest was so exciting.

Review 15：I cannot imagine how this hotel is considered a 5 star hotel. I was not able to sleep because of the heating system that was supposed to be cooling. I spoke many times to the reception but the only reply was i understand! Moreover, voices from the rooms next doors did not help the sleep.

Review 18：This is a great place to go with young kids. Wonderful play room for thekids, heated indoor/outdoor pool, plenty of room outside to play(including a little farm with bunnies and ducks and a deer/donkey).Food was excellent and room was comfortable. We were upgraded to one ofthe family rooms and it was very nice.

Review 19：Spa does not meet the expectations. Small pool, need a special area for kids. It can be very crowded ( we were there at the end of january) Some Spa personnel was stressed out. For what we paid we'd preferred to have tea for free at least. Also there must be kettles in the rooms with tea bags.

Review 21：We were charged an extra 100 Euros to add our 2 kids to the room. There was enough sleeping space for 3, so we still had to ask for an extra bed. They did accommodate us with this request. The price seemed high for one night.

Review 22：The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and high-end compared to other Turkish hotels we have stayed at. We loved the buffet options for breakfast and dinner and that they were included in our half-board price. The spa was amazing. There were multiple saunas, steam rooms, an indoor pool (that was a little cold), a warmer smaller pool, and a hot tub, the latter two being amazing during our January stay. The spa, the comfort of the beds (we never have the option of king-size beds in hotels in Turkey), and the buffet made our stay worthwhile; however the cost was quite high.

Review 23：We didn't like the internet service it keeps cutting off . We didn't like the fact that their wasn't any complimentary water, tea and coffee. They don't have catles in the rooms. All of the restaurant staff doesn't speak English or even Arabic. Their is no shops, shopping malls, markets etc near the hotel.

The reception not speaking English ( very poor& not smiling) there is no shuttle for the nearest outlet shops although this consider 5 star hotel. The quality of bed and bed sheet is average. Review 65：I travel a lot, and i stay in hotels more than i stay at home, this hotel is really super, big very nice rooms, free wifi, super service, lovely pools and spa, lovely big indoor playing area for kids, out door playing area, birds and forest around the hotel, best place for relaxing.I love this resort. food is super. my kids loved it too much and they did not want to go to any other hotel.
