Review 1：We stayed for 3 nights and we did not like: - Receptionist's attitude (not client oriented). - We did not had large towels in our room when we arrived, we had to call at the reception to get some. - The refrigerator was broken (it was not cooling - the air was warm inside the fridge). - They did not clean the room (the maid only took out the garbage) - The maid took the old large towels (after 2 days) and leaved only one; by the way there are no towels at the pool, you need to bring the ones from your room. - Most towels were not in a good shape (they had stains or rags). - the heater in the bathroom was full of dust, we couldn't hang the towels on it. - the maid did not brought a new shower gel. - poor breakfast + the same food every morning;

Review 3：the noise was too much at night, the staff wasnt helpful, and we basicallly too much for the bad quality and service, nothing is working well in there.

Review 4：The hotel is great, but it is not taken care of, unfortunately. Furniture is old, fridge did not work, AC was leaking and was not that powerful to cover the entire room, bathroom was not entirely clean. Moreover, and unacceptable, WiFi only in the lobby. Not at all in the rooms. Not even paid. For a 4 stars, that is not possible. It is true, the hotel is almost always full.

Review 5：location very good. The room had an amazing view. Moreover it wad quiet. And very spacious.

Review 6：A bit noisy in the morning due to housekeeping and loud guests. Don't plan on sleeping in. Definitely outside of Bran. It's a 3 km walk to the Castle area. So if you want to grab a couple of drinks with your dinner, either dine at the hotel's restaurant or be prepared for a long roundtrip walk to the center. We did the latter - it was fun the first night, not so much the second.

Review 7：Nice, large and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Review 8：Fridge didn't work and a drink had exploded inside of it and was ever cleaned. Light in bathroom didn't work Room was old and in need of paint. The bed sloped severely in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Maids used shopping carts from the nearby supermarket to bring towels and linens to the rooms. There was a children's swimming class in the 'spa' pool when we tried to use it. At breakfast the staff turned off the lights at 09:55, even though there were people still sitting eating breakfast which ended at 10:00. There were ferrel dogs roaming the property. I understand this is a problem in Romania, but they could do something to better manage it on their property. This was not a comfortable hotel and I would not recommend it. We regretted our choice to stay here...

Review 17：this is not a 4 star hotel, it is not clean, it has a mini bar, but it doesnt cool the drinks at all, the food was awful, the staff is very rude (especially at the restaurant) and they are unprepared, tough they work there for a few years (i already know them).

Review 19：The attitude of the staff during breakfast. At 10:00 fix they turn off the lights and start taking all the food away!!! Usually hotels let 15-30 minutes extra for late guests to enjoy their breakfast... Also in the dinner the traditional live music was very loud, we could hardly talk...

Review 21：The bathroom was huge, but we were not able to use neither the bath, nor the shower. So we took a shower in the swimming pool. No WiFi connetction in the room, and also in the lobby the connection was problematic.

Review 22：Good location close to the Peles castle in Sinaia and the Dracula castle in Bran, and the hotel is easy reachable. A nice and large room with comfortable beds, and the picturescue view from the balcony. A big and clean swimming pool. A good restaurant suggesting the best of the Romanian food.

Review 23：The price is way too high for the conditions offered.... The room even though are big, are basic....an extra pillow could do, an extra blanket would be nice..... The breakfast is basic, and if you are not there at the first moment it will be cold because is not kept warm. Traditional restaurant is nice, but the waiters could have a training in how to treat the guests. Overall ok, but I wouldn't come back here.

For a 4* hotel that charges as much as Radisson Bluin Bucharest you get:- the room NOT cleaned (when we came back in the room only the blanket had been pulled over the still wrinkled pillows, the glasses were still dirty, there had been no dusting...and that's to mention just a few) - only 1 towel/ person (and I mean 1 towel to use in the bathroom+pool+sauna+jacuzzi) - no wifi inside the rooms - an uncleaned bathtub - only 1 bathrobe/ 2 people - extremely expensive food - loud, slow, shaking (litterally) and unsafe elevators - a double bed consisting of 2 single beds pulled together covered by one big sheet - really cold water in the pool and at the pool's showers - a 2 person jacuzzi for the entire 4* hotel with 4 stories - unqualified and uninformed staff Unfortunatelly we were disapointed...it does not have the standards of a 4* hotel

Review 27：Reception staff not so friendly, pool is not supervised and there arealways some annoying rude customers (shouting, jumping in the pool,splashing, etc). Each time I went here, I had to ask reception for thesecond bathrobe as it was missing from room.

Review 29：Stupid idiots at the pool, splashing water toward friends on the poolside and jumping in the water. No staff to watch the pool in order toprevent this. The dry sauna was almost all time broken or closed. In oneof the rooms we booked, there was no hot water for a few hours in one ofthe evenings.
