Review 1：As there were not many guests, and I wanted to shower at around 7 am, I had to wait about 10 minutes until the warm water arrived. The first day I dispaired a bit, the other days I opened the water, went back to bed and returned when the water was hot.

Review 2：City centre, large quiet room.

Review 3：The personal tried to rip me off. I was asking for washing clothes. I asked a price, I was told a price, but when they handed me back my clothes, they told me a price that was 5 times higher. Definetely not trustworthy people, even though I have the feeling they dont care about guest. Breakfast was really bad, suppossed to be between 7 and 10 but at 9 already I only get a cold coffee and the dry bread from yesterday.

Review 5：Breakfast was pretty bad. The bread was stale and scrambled eggs not kept hot. Would be better to serve eggs boiled and fresh bread, and I would have had a perfect stay.

Review 7：We slept in a really comfortable and spacy apartment with two bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is very clean and the hotel is close to the promendate with pubs and restaurants. The staff speaks English very well and will even assist you in finding an affordable Danube river cruise.

Review 9：Nice suite with 2 rooms and a living room, very efficient air-contionned installation, English-speaking and friendly staff, the hotel is very well located in the center of Tulcea and near the harbour. Wifi is working well. The danubian delta is really worth seeing, and visit Histria, which is amazing.

Review 10：Cleaner must be blind given what was left behind in the soap dish. Reception man wanted to sell his mate's Delta trip and told me I had to stay another day because it was all booked up, denying there were any alternative companies. All a bit old school socialist.

Review 12：We've been there off-season, and had not got any warm water in the bathroom. Staff told us the pipes are very long, and we'd have to let it run for quite some time (which we already did). Shouldn't happen in primary season with more guests in the hotel, though. Bad breakfast (rusk instead of bread and cheap lemonade for orange juice).

Review 13：We had a really large apartment for great value. The hotel is very clean, and it was rather quiet although near a larger street. WiFi worked fine in our room.

Review 16：The apartament was huge, clean and comfortable. Europolis is located next to a local food market and in 5 min walk from harbour. The staff not only spoke good English but also were extremely helpful. The manager (who is a lovely person btw) organises trips to Danube Delta (9 hour trip is the best one) and can show you other great places in the region (Enisala, Histria, a vineyard etc.), so ask for it in advance.

Review 19：The reception and the manager are extremely nice and helpful. They organize trips to Danube Delta (we took 9 hour trip, very tasty traditional lunch included, at reasonable price) and other places (you should check ruins of Histria and Enisala and a vineyard nearby but ask for it in advance). Nice breakfasts, very good standard.

Review 20：Reception tried hard to encourage us to take a Danube Delta boat tour that they wanted to book us on. Suspect there was a connection between the hotel and the tour company. We made our own arrangements regardless.

Was unable to stand upright in the shower.(Though must admit we didn't complain at the hotel regarding this aswe only stayed for one night.
