Review 2：From the minute we arrived, the staff were very at tentative. Excellent customer service during our stay. All staff could not do enough for us. We were lucky enough to have room 999. Probably the best room in the hotel. Private spa was amazing. Was disappointed when we left for Bangkok. Would highly recommend this hotel, well worth the money. Excellent all round.

Review 18：- We were unlucky that there were a tour staying at this hotel. They are families so kids start shouting in the early morning.. while adults playing games till late evening... Not very ideal for couples (especially us for our honeymoon...!) - wifi is very weak - There are many ants in the hotel room we had to wrap up any rubbish in case it attracts more ants. But I guess this happens to many hotels on the island...

Review 31：We spent part of our honeymoon here and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were so helpful and made us feel really welcome....the hot tub was even filled for us on our arrival. We will always recommend the Kirikayan to friends and family.

Review 32：Just some minor remark - the door knob to go out from the room is too small making opening difficult. The key to activate the power seems to be a bit awkward, if not placed in the right orientation will cause a sudden power shut down.

Breakfast was tasty served Thai food and continental breakfast too. Swimming pool was nice and almost still empty; you could be alone in the pool, got drinks there. Happy hour for drink we have used every day. Location was very good near to shopping centre but not in noisy area . Quiet hotel, luxury room (we stayed in the duplex suite) to the centre ½ hour by walk. Storage room was enough for us. According us, this part of beach in front of hotel is the most beautiful on whole Chaweng.

The staff are all polite and makes your stay so comfortable. It is located right on the Chaweng Beach front, I wish I could have stayed longer than I did. But work is calling. Taxis were an absolute rip off as the hotel is at the wrong end of a big one way road and they have to go round. I didn't like Koh Samui at all. It was crowded and touristy in the naff sort of way. I'd never recommend it to anyone. Can't really criticise the hotel for that though. Their service was fine and my room was clean an comfy.

Bed is only accessible from one side ,so a little difficult for one person to get in and out if needed atnight without disturbing partner. Also all electrical appliances had tobe plugged in next to bathroom sink . No power point in the bedroom.E.G. for kettle, phone charge ect.. But you can get by.

Review 131：Lack of storage. Lack of mirrors. Dangerous position of the bed rightnext to the desk on a raised platform. There was also no 'desk'or any good suface areas to store things. It was our second time at thehotel and the issue of storage space still had not been resolved.
