Review 1：The breakfast room is too small and crowded with over-sized tables and chairs.

Review 2：Great quality hot breakfast was included. Also guest bikes were provided for local touring of the town. The water conservation toilet flushes quietly and cleanly.

Review 3：Parking lot was strange since front and back lots do not connect. In-wall AC unit was hit and miss.

Review 5：This hotel was very nicely updated with a modern clean décor. And of course there was good WiFi. The full breakfast was excellent, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pastries, breads, cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit.

Review 6：Our reservation clearly stated our room included a king size bed,refrigerator and microwave, but the teenage desk clerk put us in a roomwith two full beds. We showed her our reservation and she grudginglymoved us to a room with a King, but no refrigerator or microwave. When Ishowed her my reservation was for a room with a King size bed andrefrigerator and microwave, she argued that we would have to pay morefor some undetermined reason. When I asked to speak to her manager sherefused, but when I threatened to complain to Booking.com she grudginglyagreed to give us the room specified in our reservation. Additionally,the entire hotel was stiflingly hot because no air was on in the lobbyor anywhere I assume to save money. I got the impression this is afamily run venture and I was dealing with the owners daughter who hasbeen instructed that saving a dime is far more important than customersatisfaction.

Review 7：Location near Shoreline amphitheater was good since we were attending aconcert. Newly remodeled and clean.

Review 10：My room was suposed to come with a fridge and microwave and it didnt. The bathroom had pubic hair so it wasn'cleaned correctly. The ac unit was working very well, like it needed to be maintenanced.

Review 31：I reserved two rooms and neither room had a mini-fridge as was indicated on Booking.com when I made the reservation. They reluctantly moved my daughter to a room with a mini-fridge but only after we insisted. My room was very small and next to the breakfast area. I woke up to the smell of "grease" cooking.

Review 32：This is an older property but was updated recently. Clean, well-appointed rooms. Lobby is small but very neat and modern. Parking was free. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Review 33：The room had only one nightstand. Not enough lighting, no lamp on desk couldndn't see yourself in wall mirror. The BR was cumbersome.

Review 36：The location is good, very easy to find and not far from high way. Love the breakfast, healthy and sufficient choices, basciall everything you like for breakfast. There is ice lemon water machine at front desk, you may take some whenever you want, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They provided a list of restraunt nearby, we tried one of them, and it is really god. Free parking, easy to find parking space.

They were yelling out at each other and banging loud items around for about an hour that early In. the morning. They didn't take in to consideration the guests sleeping.

Review 50：Walls are thin. It was easy to hear the staff talking during throughout the day. The upstairs hallway was not air conditioned. My toilet backed up and needed to be fixed two times over a five day stay. Breakfast items ran low - toast was not an option. Eggs and sausage were not ready at 7:00 a.m. One morning (food was brought to my room when it was done which was nice). Ongoing construction made some noise, but that seems unavoidable. Due to the plumbing problems, I felt I should have been offered a discount, I was not,

Review 52：I was charged more than 70 dollars more than I was quoted . The room did not have a jacuzzi , a 17 inch flat screen TV or a CD player as advertized . The TV was an old clunker that had a fuzzy picture that bobbed up and down making it hard to watch .I brought CDs 2500 miles for nothing. Instead of the Jacuzzi I had a shower with no door or curtain making it impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom floor .Don't know what they were thinking . I have been all over the world but never had a shower with no way to contain the water !

Review 53：Location . It was only a mile from people who I was visiting . Breakfast was very good . Coffee and hot water for tea was available most of the time . Apples available in the lobby were a nice touch .

Review 54：The hotel was not fancy, but completely functional. It looks like about two-thirds of the rooms have been redone in the past couple of years, and mine was one of those, which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. They had free wifi, which worked fine the one time I used it. When I travel on business, I only use the hotel to sleep and shower, and this fit the bill fine.
