Review 5：So close to the beach! Great view of the beach even though our room "didn't have a view". You could hear the waves all night. Very soothing. Comfortable bed. Good staff. Pool looked great but didn't get a chance to try it out.

Review 14：I had a view of the beach from my room and took long walks in different directions each day. Even though it was overcast, the scenery was wonderful and the walking paths well signposted. I loved the kitchen area for breakfast and during the day. Breakfast facilities and choice was an added bonus

Review 32：The bathroom while having a good sized spar bath needs a bit of attention the window was badly covered with mould and grouting needs attention. There was no electric blankets and only a small column heater to warm the large room.
Review 33：The view from our room (ocean view room) was spectacular and the breakfast room down stairs. The room had a small kitchenette with micro for cooking no cooktop or oven. Breakfast was a welcomed inclusion in the down stairs kitchen area, basic but sufficient a bit of fruit would have been a great addition. The room was large with a lounge area and a second TV handy so as not to have to sit on the bed or if foldout in use for other guests use. The sleeping area and sitting was clean the bed comfortable with a good size balcony. Very relaxing and across the road from the Golf Club around the corner from a great Café that caters for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner both the Club and Café have the same fantastic ocean views.

Review 42：I took my boyfriend away for his 21st birthday. I chose the pent house due to the view and the "jacuzzi". Which unfortunately was an old small spa bath/shower. And on top of that it was out of order. This was very upsetting because If I knew that this was the 'jacuzzi' I wouldn't have payed the money to stay there and especially because it wasn't working. I think next time you should post photos of it so people know what it looks like and obviously tell them that it is out of order.

Review 51：Poor communication from hotel. The bedrooms had no windows. The main bedroom had an open hole in the wall so you could look across the living area to the view. No privacy! The spa was broken. We were charged an additional cost for using both bedrooms. We found all of these things out on arrival.

Review 60：The room was miniscule with grime over a blind that covered an unlockable front window. the back window to the bathroom was bareley on its hinges and added to the lack of security. The room was a serious disappointment to our long planned holiday and to be refused a refund on 3 days stay was a surprise. I thought it was either theft or extortion to charge people for goods that were not supplied. The Beachhouse was an extremely dissapointing and expensive exercise never to be repeated. We will never ay ahead and trust people with accommodation again.
