Review 1：Its not a 4 start hotel, it might have been 20 years ago. nowadays not really. WIFI weak and only in the lobby Mini bar its not an empty fridge very expensive prices in the restaurant

Review 11：Pool areas looked good but were dirty with many brokenchairs. Restaurant only offered a buffet of one choice. Found out later it WAs set up for a late arriving tour group and the rest of us either accepted it or drove into town. Breakfast opened at 8, but when we went at8 we learned that it had been opened for tour at 7 and we had leftovers and dirty tables.

Review 13：The bedroom floor is tiled and the room is not welcoming to a young couple. The bathroom smelled bad and the balcony had spiders and ants.

Review 14：Proximity (by car) from Peniche. The hotel facilities are prepared to receive families with children who want to spend a few days in the pool.

Review 15：We needed to check in at 2 pm prior to going to an event, but the staff were not at all accommodating despite having had advance notice that we needed to check in at that time, and despite several reminders. They merely shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. Do not use this hotel would be my advice.

Review 49：The breakfast was good, but it could be better. The access (walking) to the beach is not very good. There could be more people in the reception, to avoid long queues. Some rooms may not be able to connect to WiFi.

Review 50：The room was very good and had a great view. Very good for resting. Enough facilities. Room cleaning was good. The staff is very nice. Internet access is very fast.

Review 51：Guarded beach zones are about 1 km from the nearest to the hotel beach zone. Sometimes there is some unpleasant smell in the area around the hotel. During our stay we heard some extremely loud series of shots both in the morning and late evening.

Review 52：Big hotel area with lots of grass, a pond with carps, playground for children and some fields for sports. Rather good breakfasts. There is a shortcut to the beach, though not very clean.

We were not able to take full advantage of all it had to offer as it was cool and overcast , however we did enjoy the area and it was OK for us as we were not concentrating on the sun and beaches at this time.

The tv in the bedroom was too small for a 4 star hotel, not to mention the 4 channels available. The pool was cold and the Jacuzzi was with a very strange water. It was a one time stay!

Review 68：Once arriving at the hotel it felt very dated and dark. The reception area was gloomy and the whole building was orange and brown. The rooms were large but basic with an unplugged old fridge and no coffee/tea facilities. The tv was only cable with just CNN in English. The gym and spa area were not even worth using. The food for breakfast was ok with a variety of choice but the evening meal was poor and very salty. We choose not to eat there on the second night even though we had paid for it.

Review 69：We booked this as we were looking to stay near peniche, the price for 2 night with dinner and breakfast we thought was fair. On a plus note the bar staff were very friendly And helpful at breakfast and dinner. The outside area was lovely, comprising of a large pool and sunbathing area and was maintained to a high standard. This hotel was probably good in its day but required lots of updating and is not worth the money. The town of peniche is not much better!
