Review 1：Family friendly place, in my opinion overall hotel experience by far exceeds 3 stars rating. Very clean, cozy, possibility of enjoying pools of sister hotel "Golf" free of charge. Comfy beds! Five minutes walk to the lake and city center.

Review 8：Rooms were small. No tea or coffee facility in the room , but the lady at the reception was kind enough to give us an electric kettle. Many times we bumped our head to the ceiling because of its shape! Had to crawl mindfully to the bed to avoid bumping again. Same when showering. Showering area was so tiny! Foul smell from the toilet, I washed it when we arrived. Stains on the walls and wooden furniture , I cleaned them so that we could have better stay. It could be easily done by the cleaner staff, but was left un noticed. But the bedsheets and pillows were all quite clean.

Review 10：On arriving the lady on the desk was very rude, in fact she started shouting for no reason and it made us feel like we were under interrogation. Our passports were scrutinised from back to front as we stood there to book in. She made us feel very unwelcome. (The rest of the desk staff were ok but she just put us off from the start).

Review 20：Worst hotel ever!! Very unhelpful and rude staff, specialy Denis. My kid was not unwell and i went to the reception asking for the location of pharmacy and the staff were making fun of me stating everything closes here by 7 pm. Didn't offer any help. I am a very frequent traveller but never had such a bad experience.

Review 28：Note that the hotel is charging city tax and "handling fee" on top of the price as appear in booking. Although it was written in the reservation as excluded taxes , i do not understand why not to include it in the price and avoid inconvenience upon check out. And what is "handling fee"?!

Review 30：Although being a 3* hotel B&B, they could have considered to keep the small bar where a decent espresso coffee or tea or some other drink or even a light snack could be consumed during the day, after breakfast, without leaving a building. Promoting to be a family hotel with the animation for children does not actually mean that there is no off-season for such program so it should be checked out before booking, in case this being an argument of choice. There is already a room for this so why not, even when animators are off duty, fill the place with toys and mattresses and let the kids jump and hang around under their parents supervision. The alternative of having this in corridors between room doors on upper floors is just not that ideal. Regarding rooms size, the information given at Booking.com is not accurate. No chance that there is only few sq.m of difference in sizes between double and family room, so families or any other group larger than 2 people should book a family room. WiFi is free but its availability is not evenly distributed throughout the building which means that you can have a very poor or no connection at your room. The choice of TV programs must be better also, there are dominantly local and international news channels and some music and children staff should be introduced as well.

Review 31：A very good and calm location in the vicinity of the lake is very relaxing, car parking, very kind and helpful hotel staff are definitely the quality of this place. Availability of a superb swimming pool (no additional charge) and restaurant facilities at nearby hotel Golf are great benefits provided by the hotel group that runs these projects. Good idea of a family hotel with different amenities for children. Would come again for sure.

Close to the lake. The service was also very good. Food and service is just as good higher price restaurants in the area.

Review 45：The worst thing is the non-existent cleaning service. After three days we found under a wardrobe an apple (which does not belong to us clearly), while, on the last day, under the beds, two creams for children, a ticket to the postumia caves (expired, unfortunately) and one toothbrush! This means that the rooms not only were not cleaned daily, but even during the change of the guests. They just make the beds and change the towels. The beautiful swimming pool, very big, was insufficient since served three hotels most anyone who wanted to access it upon payment, such as a common swimming pool. The receptionists: polite and friendly the young people, completely the opposite of the older ones. The latters, not only missed to the greetings but did not even answer to the greetings. My wife greeted and after seconds of silence I replied to her... The tiny room, it was impossible all standing there! The glass divider of the bath tube was not sealed, every shower a flood! The price then, in my opinion, is absolutely expensive for such kind of services

Review 51：Hotel is child friendly with lot of animation throughout the day so do not expect absolute calmness specially during breakfast hours. Nevertheless, we didn't mind all the noise and would definitely stay here again.

Review 52：This hotel was a positive surprise. Rooms are new and modern with plenty of space , bathroom is big and has all amenities, breakfast is excellent with lot of variety, and the surroundings are fabulous. All in all it exceeded our expectations for a 3 star hotel.

Review 53：Great hotel for families with children. A lot of activities for them here. The hotel offers a Zaki card with free entrance for children and a free cake (delicious bled cream cake or muffins). We have tried and enjoy: toboggan descent from Straza hill, mini golf, ride on the tourist train around Lake Bled. Also, the SPA included, from the next hotel golf is great. Great water tobogan that our girls loved, many piscines, jacuzzi, splendid view to the Bled Castle, lighted in the night. The entertainment team is very frendly and proffesional, they have organized Pirates exam with lots of activities. We have stayed only for a day, for transit, but highly recommend for many days. Ask at the reception about all you can do here.

First time we stayd in the last floor, which was not very comfortable because the ceiling was too low and in the bathroom it was very difficult to have a shower without the head hitting the ceiling (that was the case even for my wife with 1,60m). Second time we complained about that and we got a different room without that problem.

Review 110：The common areas of the hotel are modestly furnished. The breakfast is quite mediocre. The easy access to the lake is a big plus, but for that price you would expect better facilities and services (e.g. A gym or fitness area, free access to the saunas).

I only wish we could have taken the breakfast to our room so we could enjoy it on our balcony with spectacular view. The bed was super comfortable and even though they cater a lot to families with children there was no noise. The environment was delightful and familial! Wi-Fi worked ridiculously well and our room was spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Review 123：We really like everything. Kids loved the swimming pool ! The location can't be better. They offered us free coupons for cakes, train rides and free admission to the castle. We really enjoyed the free cake in one of the best cafe's !! We had two nice bed rooms for family room ! (It wasn't a bunk bed) Nice bed, clean beding ! The room was BIG enough even for four adults !!! We wished we could stay there longer !!!!!

Review 124：Savica is a really nice hotel for the price, this was our second stay there. It's a short walk to the lake. It has got tall pine trees both at the front and at the back. It's serene and it's nice to spend some time on the terrace just enjoying the notably fresh mountain air. Children are especially well treated. Parking was adequately sized both times we visited the hotel - we arrived late at night and there was always a spot. I believe you also get a free day pass to the spa facilities of the sister hotel close by but we never used that so you'd have to double check. The complimentary breakfast is nice, but lacks fruit and vegetables.

Review 125：Good price for family. Good position. Ideal area for winter breaks. Winter resorts Kranjska Gora and Vogel can be reached in less than 30 min. by car.
