Review 1：Saturday night music didn't stop until 5 in the morning

Review 2：This hotel is amazing value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dining area is very pleasant and the Breakfast omelette was delicious. It is also a very clean hotel.

Review 3：We've had an announced late arrival on the 1st day of booking but in time for dinner so we have decided to have dinner at the hotel. Although we've occupied the table half an hour before the closing kitchen time (11:00 PM) the waitress rushed us to order as they were about to close!?? And she was unpolite, sitting next to our table waiting for us to hurry order if we still want to eat!?? Although the food was ok, not great, but eatable, the prices are too high for this city! Second bad thing that happend was that we've realized, at 1:30 AM, after trying to get asleep, that there is so much noise from traffic outside and music you can hear from surroundings that this was impossible to have some rest. It is a very bad isolated hotel, you can hear all the noise from outside and from the other rooms like you are in the middle of the traffic, although our room was at 5th floor. And it was a Superior room!!!!??? Ohhh, and they have the WORST matress ever. Like the cheapest hotels! Although the charge as a 4****!!! I've called the receptionist (from my mobile as the is no phone in room) to ask for a back positioned room but she told us the hotel is fully booked and she could not help us, telling us we can leave if we want so!!!! After a bad night without sleep I've asked again if some room on the other side are available but the new receptionist informed us there is one at 2nd floor but it's going to be a wedding party that night and we will hear noise again. In that moment we decided to move to another hotel, which was great! I strongly reccomend you to look for a different hotel as City Hotel was the worse experience for us! Every weekend they have a planned party so don't go during Fri&Sat at all. And during weekdays is the noise from traffic due to the positionning at a main road and bad construction without isollation at all!

Review 18：breakfast was not buffet style but 4 menu options you could choose from, every morning. If one stays for a few nights is ok, but for longer stays it's not so good.

Review 20：Mattras was very hard really too hard!! Have to invest inChiropractic visit as a result. Oh and the smoking everywhere. One can not get away from it anywhere in Romania so also in the restaurant here.
