Review 1：- perfect location - the only hotel which is situated right on the bank of the lake, under the castle and church - great helpfull staff - excellent kitchen (main dishes, cakes,...) - clean room - parking place next to hotel

Review 3：Warm welcome by the stuff, great communication and fast check-in service. Our booked room was occupied and we got beautiful apartment instead so I personally want say thanks to villa manager. They really made our weekend holiday amazing and unforgettable.

Review 4：It claims to be a 4 star hotel, but is really only a 3 star. If booking a suite (there are two) be sure to get the top floor otherwise your view is the restaurant roof top. The morning breakfast staff was terrible.

Review 5：The location is the best, the hotel, not so great. Fortunately we were booked into the top floor suite which had a private balcony that made up for some of the rooms other short comings. The afternoon and evening staff was great.

Review 8：The friendliness of people always helping us even with technical problems in our car, the view from our room, the delicious breakfast with high quality products everything we had during our stay there was fantastic. Our daughter already miss this place and we cannot say enough words to thank Petra and the chef for their kindness during our stay. Review 9：More of a restaurant with rooms than a hotel - check in/out was by the restaurant tills. Staff were a little rude when we initially arrived as we came before check in time, but otherwise they were polite and helpful.

Review 13：Unfortunately our room was really tiny. Claustaphobicly small. We had been warned it was a 'small' double but we were still a bit shocked at just how small it was.

Review 14：The location of this hotel was second to none. It was right at the lake's edge at a particularly scenic spot. Having our breakfast on the terrace was like heaven.

Review 15：This hotel is more like a restaurant. There is no reception for the hotel guests nor any staff specifically assigned for the hotel guests. The hotel fee is not cheap but the services is not up to that standard. The only value of the hotel is its good location next to the swimming area and the Bled Castle's entrance.

Review 16：The check-in was a bit confusing as there is no reception. Check-in if done via the restaurant staff, and involved some waiting and not exactly the warmest welcome. . There was an annoying high pitched beeping noise being omitted from something in the bedroom, that beaped every few minutes waking me up- thus I slept in the living room, after a thorough and unsuccessful search for it's source.

Review 17：Homemade sausages for breakfast, beautiful suit with view of the lake and a huge balcony, excellent location close to city, yet far enough away that it is quiet enough to hear crickets at night, great restaurant, with good service, the fish dishes were excellent and there was a good selection of local wines.

Review 18：There was loud music competing with the annual festival that was going on. It wasn't as peaceful as it would have been during a non-festival weekend.

Review 19：Location was excellent. It was right on the lakefront. The restaurant food was really good and the staff was mostly good. We had one waiter that was inattentive, but the rest were great.

Review 20：The room is a bit dated. It was also a little confusing checking into the room because the waitstaff at the restaurant have to do it. They are already very overtaxed with serving guests, especially during peak hours (such as when we arrived in the late afternoon). There is signage at the front of the Sobe that says check in at restaurant if no one answers the door, but there should be better signs to instruct guests to check in with the waitstaff.

Review 21：Location is amazing next to Lake Bled. Very conveniently located. It is also nice having the restaurant attached to the area where there are rooms. We expected it to be noisy, but it was not bad.

Review 26：Perfect location close to town centre, but away from noise. Lakeside for breakfast and dinner was the highlight. Being right on the lakeside meant great unimpeded views across the lake and into the town.

Review 27：there isnt a reception desk.It took a long time to find someone ...Because there is a restaurant and they are all busy..One of the staff from restaurant completed our check-in...and the service in restaurant is very slow...the breakfast is medıum avarage...and our bed wasnt a double one..ıt consisted of two single beds..and was a bit uncomfortable :((((

It has got a really beautiful lake view.The room and the hotel is very clean...Our room was comfortable but a little bit small...The hotel is quite near the lake..ıt was amazing...I think one of the best ...close to the bus station.....We really had a romantic holiday there...Hotel has a live music in the evening at garden..wifi was really good ;)

Review 29：The staff was amazing and spoke fluent English. Our room had a nice balcony and was on the top floor or 3rd story of this B&B. The view of the lake is lovely, though you can't quite see the island. The hotel is below the castle, so an easy walk to it's stairway/path. We liked the size of the hotel and the quiet, as it's outside of the busy part of town.

Review 30：No one has any control over the heavy rain we got caught in while walking around the lake. By evening it had cleared and our clothes were drying. All was well.

Review 31：The location of the hotel was right in front of the lake. We had chosen a room that turned out to be too small for our needs so when we inquired about changing we were given a more spacious room right away. The restaurant had good food and service.

Review 32：AC was broken. Refrigerator was broken. Automated arm to enter parking lot wasn't working. Sent out our laundry and supposed to get it in 24 hours; took 48 hours. They did try to rectify problems when brought to their attention.

Review 36：Had our worst night sleep here because the aircon kept making noises and then the church Bells go off so often. This place really is a restaurant first and a hotel second - the staff are pretty much waiting staff who then have to deal with guests checking in and out. There's no service after 11pm and the staff aren't very warm or accommodating.

It was lovely to sit outside for breakfast and dinner and look out on the lake but at lunch it's really busy. Food was excellent - best we had in Slovenia. Review 44：Fantastic Location - right on the water. Go for the main suite with a balcony overlooking the lake. Terrace has a good atmosphere. We walked, cycled and rowed around the lake - definitely the best place to stay.

Free on site parking (check in advance, key available from inside). We had a large room with a lakeside view. Breakfast is decent and you can order a la carte.

Review 50：The staff were all very helpful and attentive. In particular, the staff at the waitress who served us breakfast every morning (we stayed 3 nights) remembered our preferences. We were also allowed to leave our car in the hotel's carpark after checking out for a few hours while we continued exploring Bled, which was perfect because it would have been difficult to find free parking outside. Location is very good, right next to the lake, but due to some construction going on, the view from the window of the room was obstructed. It is slightly overpriced, considering breakfast was really simple, and the room was pleasant but not extremely good.

Review 51：in case of ground floor, cannot see the lake, and in the room, there is a smell of smoke cos of restaurant below, where is open by 11 pm. Basically it is not a 4-star hotel. Other hotels are strongly recommended.

Review 53：Nice clean room, very helpful and friendly staff, very good food. The location a view is outstanding, and eating lunch or just sitting on the deck at lakeside is breathtaking.

Review 54：I didn't stay in this hotel. I came early that day and asked them for early check in they told me the room is not ready yet and I need to wait for the regular check in time. I decided to eat in their resturant until it is ready. After finishing my lunch it was the time for check in, when I asked them they told me they are sorry they don't have room this day. But they said since it is their mistake they gave me the lunch for free and they called another hotel to reserve a room for me for the same price and it was a very good hotel.

Review 55：The room was extremely small. The bathroom was very small but serviceable. The heat was hard to regulate and it was hard to open the window. Church bells rang every 15 minutes during the night. If you have the window closed you cannot hear them. It did not feel like a 4 star hotel.

Review 57：Our room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff was unbelievably nice and helpful. We felt like we were at home. And by the way I should tell you that we were a family of 70 year old grandmother, 40+ mother and a 15 year old teenager. The location, the food, the coziness of the hotel, the staff satisfied the diverse expectations of all 3 generations. =)

Review 59：This is lovely small hotel set in stunning scenery in a perfect position, when one considers the excellent value for money, we couldn’t really find fault (except for the beat of the rather repetitive music from the restaurant). OK it doesn’t have a gym or swimming pool but you can jog around the wonderful lake or have a swim in it, or take a boat out for a row, what more could one ask for. The staff all had a good sense of humour and were very helpful, the beds very comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Review 60：Gps co-ordinates take you to the Pension Raza near the rowing club. I believe your facility would benefit greatly.We had an extremely hard time finding the Vila. We had an awesome time in Bled.

Review 65：The room is not really spacious but it's okay. The real problem : We had a car failure near by Munich when I've called them to tell them we will be late the first sentence they said "anyway you will have to pay for your stay"... Then we arrived at 1 AM after an harrasing trip. We couldn't find someone in the hotel. It was closed. Nobody answered our calls until a very kind man answered and tried to helps us even if he wasn't in the hotel. He guided us through another hotel. Here they offered us a room. It was an old hotel with furnitures from the communist period but with 2 babies we were ready to sleep anywhere. When I installed all our stuff in the room they told me that someone left the key of our room in Penzion Vila Preseren and if we wanted to go there it was possible. So I've put back all my stuff in the car, my babies in the car and headed to the room... Finally... ! The room was nice, but what an awful experience ! When you have to fight in the middle of the night to find your hotel, then to reach someone on the phone, try to get the keys : my dear It's not worth a 4 stars hotel services. It really spoilt the beginning of our vacations. Too bad.

Review 66：The location with it's terrace in front of the lake. The pastries, absolutly delicious. The comfort of the bed. We would be back there if we have the opportunity since now we know where the hotel is located and know how to handle some difficulties (see my comments on the negative side)

Review 67：The GPS does not lead you to the correct place so it was difficult to find. it's quite obvious when you finally get there, but don't trust the GPS! Only drawback about our room was an annoying noise that came form the air conditioner, even when it was turned off. The hotel is secondary to the restaurant and their staff are the only ones available to help you.

Review 68：The location of this guesthouse is really beautiful, although we couldn't see the lake from our room. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant, which is the main focus of the hotel. You choose your breakfast from the restaurant menu and we enjoyed it outside overlooking the lake.
