Review 1：although the brochure in the room says the bar is open until. 2.00am, they stopped serving at 11.40 and 12.00 the two nights we were there.

Review 2：The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very pleasant

Review 3：The pool and sauna were closed during our stay due to renovation. It was a bit of a disappointment, because we chose this hotel because it was supposed to have these services.

Review 4：The room was ok, nothing special, and nothing wrong in particular. Nice bathroom with tub and shower. Breakfast was good and same both mornings. Nothing special though.

Review 5：Staff member at the reception wanted us to pay extra money for second person although we already booked double room for two people. After long conversation we convinced him to check our booking order to see hi was wrong. He did not apologize for this.

Review 7：Strange mini-bar system. You can't use it just as a refrigerator. Breakfast wasn't so various as few years before, but anyway in accordance with 4 stars.

Review 8：Everything in accordance with expectation. Location is excellent, not far from all the points of interest (Kremlin, Churches and other historical city places). Room was quite standard. It was a new bottles of water every day. SPA was open from 7 a.m. till midnight - very convienent. Free secured parking if you travel by car. Kettle and bathrobe available on demand.

Review 10：I was third time at this hotel. Location is the best in Yaroslavl (especially in winter). Good breakfest, very nice people.

Review 12：It is a comfortable hotel, with nice room and good breakfast. Although not right in the middle of the main spots, the main sights can be reached with a short walk. I enjoyed staying there, but I was expecting a little bit more considering the price.

Review 13：Location in the centre (near the Circus, big Shopping mall Aura and many museums and other places to visit), perfect service, clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast is included, swimming pool, bar, Irish pub in the hotel and even souvenir shop in the lobby.

Review 17：We didn't have access to the pool, which was not told to us in front. The pool private reservations were not listed on the hotel's site, nor informed to us on arrival. And since we chose this specific hotel for the pool, this was disappointing. In addition, even when asked, the staff did not offer any compensation, nor apologised. When window opened, the room smelled like happy meal because of mcdonalds right in front of the window. The breakfast didn't have bacon!

Review 18：The room was nice and clean. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Review 19：I sent an email to ask how to go to the hotel from the railway station( Is there adequate bus or tram? or asked an easy way to the hotel), as my arriving would be around 23:00. Also, I can not speak Russian, so get a taxi is quite dangerous.It is quite late time. However, the hotel did not reply anything at all. On the arriving day, I had to ask many peple to go there. I walked to the hotel, it took about 30-40 minutes. However, there was a tram which runs from the railway station to the near hotel. If the hotel answered my e-mail( several times), I would not have felt miseraouble.

Review 21：No TV channels in languages other than Russian. I understand Russian, so it was not a problem, but it could be the channels in German and English and Eurosport.

Review 22：Very clean hotel. In the room very comfortable king size bed, air conditioning, big desk and a refrigerator. Staff at the reception was very helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast, especially cakes. Good location in the city center, opposite the shopping center Aura (russian Aypa). For sure I will return.

Review 23：In the centre but it's not too close to main sightseeing. If you like walking it's ok otherwise you could use public transportation.

Review 25：Our window faced at the backyard where was a constraction. Workers began in the early morning. That was a temporaly difficulty. But staff was not so wellcomed as they announced at thier site. My foreign friend was a bit upset of small talk at check-in. They do their job witout heart. Hope it is also temporaly.

Review 26：We spent a nice weekend in Yaroslavl at this hotel. Location, facilities, cleanliness were perfect.

Review 27：Brekfast was not really good (menu is not diversified and loud TV in the breakfast room). If you want to park the car there it could be a little bit complicated. It wasn't critical but for 4* it is strange - minibar was empty and there is no bathrobe in the standard room.

In our case with a king size bed, air conditioning, radiating floor and a small refrigerator. Hotel is located not far away from historical center. From the train station is about 25 minutes on foot, but easy using transportation (about 10 minutes on trolleybus -line 1- or bus -line 8-). (RU) Англо-говорящий и дружелюбный персонал. Номер был чистый, красивый и удобный. В нашем случае была большая двуспальная кровать, кондиционер, пол с подогревом и маленький холодильник. Отель расположен недалеко от исторического центра. От вокзала Ярославль-Главный 25 минут пешком, но удобнее на транспорте ( около 10 минут на автобусе №8 или на троллейбусе №1)
