Review 1：There was a live band playing that night that they forgot to mention when I booked. There was also this weird thump sound all through the night. About every 20 minutes there was 8 solid bangs of some sort coming from above, like a duct opening and closing or something. The only way I could get to sleep was by increasing my BAC. Handy as there was a bar less than 20 metres away!
Review 2：Cold and unpredictable water temperature when having a shower. Room 1 Noisey band on Thursday night it kept me awake ... very unhappy

Review 4：Booked three deluxe double rooms, one was half the size of the other two, restaurant not open Monday nights, parking advertised as secure yet fully open.
Review 5：General location was good, rooms clean but their was signs of tradespeople having carried out recent work ie plaster dust on the floor in the ensuite after shelf installed.
Review 6：Windows do not open for fresh air. Live band noise on Friday and Sat night. Did not mind it but it would've been nice if advised by staff when checked in

Review 8：Only bad thing, and it's because it's really rooms above a pub, on a Friday and Saturday nights they will have loud music. My wife doesn't mind, fell asleep straight away. I struggled. I enjoyed our stay though, and the music was relaxing and stuff, but it is indeed a hotel room above a pub so don't expect a quiet night when they've got people having a friday night out. I was travelling with some friends who are students in Australia from overseas. When we walked into the hotel, we seemed to attract a lot of attention.
Review 9：Room was big, very comfy bed and the price was right. I liked that it was a door from the carpark up, meant that I didn't have to walk far. Location in Queanbeyan is convenient, only 11km from Parliament House. Shower was great, I enjoyed it immensely. I recommend this over the Ibis Budget at the north end of town on the Barton Highway.
Review 10：The rooms were very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Even taking into account the fact that the rooms are above a pub, the insulation could be much better. The ensuite was not very clean - there was soap on the soap holder in the shower and the basin was not clean around the taps and plug hole.
