Reviews for Parador Avandaro

Review 1:When I booked online, it said that they allowed pets. What it did not tell us was that each pet is an additional 250 pesos per night, so we paid an additional 3,000 pesos ($90US) for our dogs for our 3-night stay. Also, be advised the restaurant is only open on weekends, and the pool is only heated on weekends as well. If you use an additional towel at the pool during your stay, you will also be charged an additional 200 pesos for the extra towel use. The wifi stopped working on our third night, and the front office staff insisted it was working. (It was in the front office, but certainly not in our room). The didn't attempt to fix our wifi that we could tell.

Review 2:The grounds were beautiful, we took the dogs to the lower soccer field and let them run a bit, and we had a kitchenette in our room.

Review 3:NOT Clean, there were Little bugs in the bed, there is no Wood included for the chimenee. We asked for a change of room and today is the day I am still waiting for an answer.. Not good service and costly for what they offer.

Review 4:Location is good, you can go to the center very quickly by car.

Review 5:No coffee maker, I had to rent one with coffee for 200 pesos for 3 days. Partial kitchen without plates nor utensils. Bedspred very old and curtains coming off the rod. Rooms needs to update. Restaurant was only available on the weekend.

Review 16:There is no heating except for the fireplace and it is very cold in the night. The swimming pool was out of order and the tennis court was charged. The amount of hot water is insufficient in the shower. In summary, this place needs a good restoration to be transformed into the wonderful hotel it was one day.
