Review 12：Impossible to sleep with open windows. To much noise on the street (traffic, many loud peoples on the street). Problems to change an 100 Euro Banknote at checkout. In the evening was not possible. Morning it takes long time. Another customer want to pay also by cash, but he could not pay. He returned later with the money! Really bad in a country where Euro is the official currency... An really old style hotel. Wifi is poor. TV - old style, not too much variety. Fridge was also loud. Too soft mattress.

Review 16：Amzing hotel situated in the heart of old city. Everything is vets close . Parking for free and also wifi. Room was really clean and comfortable . Amazing and very helpful staff and so tasty breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality . We can't wait for another visit .

Review 17：Our family booked five rooms for two nights in this hotel. First night the owner of the hotel held a birthday party with his friends and because of their loud noises nobody could sleep.The next day we were exhausted and sleepless.In this mood we went a sightseeing tour to Bajmóc,Trencsén and Nagyszombat. The next night in the hotel was't calm either.All the luod npises from the restaurant and from the balcon was annoying because trough the windows (wich are open to the restaurant and the balcon) we heared everything.Finally,with great difficulty the let off the price of one night,but the night troubles are unfortunately unaffordable...and don't forget::it's about a hotel with 4 stars! It's a shame! Magyarul: Családunk 2 éjszakára 5 szobát foglalt ebben a hotelben. Első éjszaka a hotel tulajdonosa a baráti körével születésnapot tartott,így hajnalig a hangoskodásuk miatt aludni nem lehetett. Másnap fáradtan,kialvatlanul indultunk a városnéző körútra Bajmócra,Trencsénre és Nagyszombatra. A következő éjszaka sem volt zavartalan, mert mind az étteremből, mind az emeleti teraszról a hangos beszéd,nevetgélés a szobákba behallatszik,mivel a szobák ablakai az étterem és az emeleti teraszra nyílnak. Végül nagy nehezen elengedték egy éjszaka árát,de az éjjeli balhék sajnos megfizethetetlenek.. és ne felejtsük el: egy 4 csillagos szállodáról van szó! Ez szégyen!

Review 18：Room not cleaned if left after 12. So not cleaned for 2 days. Cleaners bit noisy in the morning. Some people in room next door very noisy for two nights.

Review 26：The rooms that look to the street are quite noisy. I demanded another one and received a room under the roof two times smaller and with not even one chair. The TV set did'nt work and the wi-fi connection was very weak. One evening, when I came back from work, I found the room exactly as I left it in the morning - it was not cleaned and the sheets and the towels were not replaced. Then, during the night, there was a party at the hotel restaurant and the noise continued until 2 am. The girls at the reception were extremely nice and polite but coud do nothing for the guests' comfort. Sorry, but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Review 74：Booked a room for 3 nights for 195 euros incl. Vat was charged 238.5euros incl vat! Had to ask for an invoice in English! Opened forcirculation and air in the bathtub and then the whole bathroom smell ofhydrogen sulfide (rotten eggs) The female servants did rather not clearthe dirty dishes off the table. The food is nothing special, bleak andboring. Can in no way recommend Hotel Capital.
