Review 1：Would recommend to have some leaflets or other information on sightseeing or activities for tourists. Available leaflets were only praising the hotel. The hotel resides in an interesting mountain location.

Review 3：Way to expensive for a normal hotel 10 km out of a non important city like Bacau, and the biggest minus is that its so expensive like a 5* in the city and you dont have even acces to spa facilities, you have to pay extra. Definitely not recommended!!!

Review 9：Hard to drive in and out: dangerous spot. In the shower the thin drape gets blown and is sticking to the body. It needs to be something little firmer. That is it.

Review 16：This is a very nice place to stay when in the area of Bacau.The hotel is surrounded by a small forest, looks idilic from outside and the rooms are beautifull also. I was delighted with the hotel restaurant, the fresh smell of the fir trees, the care for every small detail in the surroundings design. Needless to stay I will stay there if I will go again to Bacau.

Review 17：hotel bill is not itemized on a day by day basis causing Business Travel Expense to question on what day a particular minibar or bar charge was consumed. Also, an English translation of the various items on the bill would be helpful.

Review 19：The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was large, really clean and very comfortable, with a great view. We ate several times there and the food is delicious and the service is excellent.

Review 20：The rooms have very low quality windows. Even if you are on the forest side you can still hear the driving by cars very loud. The walls between the rooms are thin so you can hear the conversations or tv from the neighbour's room.

Review 23：The hotel has the most amazing views from the balcony. Large rooms, fantastic shower room and really clean. The restaurant served amazing food and wine. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Bacau. Will definitely stay there again.

Review 24：The noise. The room we had was facing a national road and we could hear every truck pasing by before eventually falling asleep. Fortunately we were very tired :). Get a room with a back/garden view if you can.

Review 25：Breakfast was quite rich and featured some homemade local produce which we enjoyed (zacusca, a few homemade jams ans cheeses). Only one type of bread available though. Lots of space in the room, nice bedsheets and all in all a very clean hotel. Nice terrace available if weather allows.

Review 26：My first nights stay coincided with a wedding reception. The music was unbelievably loud and went right through the hotel and lasted until 4 in the morning. The reception is held in the hotel foyer.... the hotel is not built for this type of activity and effectively cuts off the whole ground floor of the hotel for guests staying at the hotel and all thoughts of providing paying guests a comfortable good nights sleep is totally ignored. Lastly.... breakfast..... OK but not great... cooked food was left to go cold and some mornings it was a 'challenge' to attract staff for coffee!

Review 27：This a great hotel, located away from Bacau in the countryside with beautiful views from the bedrooms at the back of the hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable and well equipped. Restaurant food is good. Wi fi works well.

Review 51：I loved the hotel! The rooms where nice and clean as well as the bathroom, the bed was a dream. The personel is super friendly and helpful. I just went there for a wedding for 26 hours and it seems like there is not much around the hotel, but you can take a cab into Bacau easily and also the airport is easy to reach. I usually don't spend that much money for a hotel when I travel for leasure, but I enjoyed every minute in the hotel and would absolutely go back there. Compared to the Sheraton in Brussels that I stayed in recently when I was travelling for business the rooms and bathroom was much nicer. I can highly recommend it!

Review 56：The restaurant is smokers-only, breakfast has a limited selection of fresh vegetables and breads, solutions offered for individual problems were somewhat ineffective (belongings locked in spa locker due to malfunction - "we'll solve it tomorrow morning"; heating in the room not working although it gets cold at night - "tomorrow morning" again). Command of English among staff members is limited - can be difficult to communicate if you're not a Romanian speaker / have one with you. Spa&pool use is for an extra charge (not mentioned on hotel's page), and the steam room (part of the spa package) was out of order, yet discount for the spa surcharge was granted only when requested. Having said all of the above I'll point out that the overall experience was very good.

Review 61：This is an absolutely fabulous hotel! It is an oasis in the desert. I highly recommend it if you are travelling through this area of Romania. You should even go a little out of your way to stay there. The spa is incredible and the restaurant is super.

Review 62：Breakfast - Poor. All meat and cheese were left uncovered and without chilling ( for more than n2 hours in 25 degrees ! Coffee was served by cup. No Pot and sometimes no one to ask Breakfast is not served in teh room but effectivly in the same room as ereception ( although big)
