Review 1：The bed was uncomfortable to me. Couldn't sleep how i wanted.

Review 5：Wellness package was very basic - the jacuzzis weren't very warm. Restaurant staff at breakfast weren't very accommodating or friendly. There was a station for fresh eggs and waffles. The staff didn't know how to use the waffle maker and gave us raw waffles.

Review 17：Be warned - parking is rather limited (and its not a large space either) so it's really a first-come-first-served basis. Breakfast is a hit and miss (the first day was average, the second day was good as they had the chef out frying fresh eggs among other things). I thought it was a tad expensive overall though the hotel is nicely (and recently) renovated. I found out about the massages after I left - we were never told!

Review 18：Location is very close to the lake - 2-5 mins stroll. Staff were helpful - we had a problem with the air-conditioning (apparently its quite a common issue) but the staff manning the reception took very quick action to address the situation and we got it fixed within minutes. Free wifi and free usage of computer near the lobby if you need one. Free parking.

Review 19：Room very small and characterless - bit of a business hotel. Bathroom tiny and very claustraphobic. Breakfast could have been better, not great choice. No tables laid up even though it was not busy and no one there to serve coffee, no one on the egg station.

Review 33：1. No parking place at the evening, I spent 15 minutes looking for a place to park the car. 2. The single room is maybe OK for small Italian or Chinese people, but it's not enough for 190 cm person - the shower corner is only 80cm wide, the bathroom is extremely small. 3. Aircondition either did not work, or I was not able to figure out how to turn it on. 4. There was a strong permanent noise from motors (probably for air circulation) from outside, so I had to close the window to be able to fall asleep. 5. For the price, I would expect better breakfast.

Review 37：No soul, no view and very expensive for what it is. No wifi in the room. Very small bathroom. The wellness package should be free: it only gives access to an inside jacuzzi which is broken, an outside one which works, saunas.

Review 39：This is a marvelous place, five minutes' walk from the lake, the rest of the town and a small supermarket up the road. Clean, large, air-conditioned rooms with a beautiful view of the surrouding hills. The staff (including the cleaning personel) are first-rate, the breakfast is near-perfect.

Review 40：Spa was only open in the afternoon. Also the lights are on motion detectors in the hallways and sometimes it took a long time to turn on.

Review 48：For some unknown reason, we ended up in the best room in the hotel, top floor with views over the lake. The hotel was easy to find and park our car. It was also easy walking distance down to the lake (for the obligatory boat ride to the island) or into the centre of town (for restaurants and shopping). (We didn't make use of the health facilities, so cannot comment on these.)

Review 84：The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk away from the main hotel drag and the shopping centre, but is right near the bus stop, and provides easy access to the lake, the castle and a magnificent cream cake-selling patisserie. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and our every query or request was dealt with immediately. The hotel was immaculate, and the sharpness of the lines, the dining room decor and the glistening surfaces made us feel as if this could have been a Tito era showpiece - as befits the area where Tito came to holiday. We loved having a balcony with a beautiful view of the village of Bled and mountains beyond.

The staff are very friendly and spontaneously recommended places to visit - a confirmation of my own itinerary. Don't forget Vintgar and if you are driving, drive past Jamnik. Would we stay there again - But of course!

Review 114：Hotel Astoria impressed us on booking profile and their web pages. Modern, new, good location... We've arrived after 700 km trip at night. The receptionist gave us the room and surprise, we' got completely different room! Minimum 20 years old and ugly instead of new and modern for the same price! I went back to the receptionist and told him that we want room we' ve booked. He knew why I' ve went back and told us that he is sorry but that he has only old rooms. After all struggle with the manager etc. we've get new room but we' ve had to move to the other room next day... Good breakfeast on the terrace.

Review 115：Everthing was very good, it was the best place to stay one night at lake Bled. From the balcony we had also great view of castle by night, romantic one. Breakfast was OK.
