Review 1：Before we even spent our first night, our safe was not working, our door got jammed locking us inside the room twice and once outside, Gutter smelling water from the bath tub, Towels were not very clean and white, the sofa outside our balcony was dirty. We spent our first night with a technician fixing our AC till 12 30 AM, which resulted us to over sleep and missing our breakfast the next day. not a well recommended resort for the price they have charged us. the location might say chaweng but its literally at the edge of chaweng.

Review 2：I liked the hotel when I was booking it from the picture, but after spending four nights my opinion changed about the hotel completely.

Review 3：Our room was freshly painted, because they tried to hide mould. Anaway we could see and smell it. They gave us a different room, it has many imperfections too. Dirty running water, big bloody stain on our mattress, etc.

Review 4：They dont have massage in the hotel. However, they can organize treatmant in Eranda spa, or you can go to a masage center next to the hotel, which is good.

Review 8：1. No security. One of the night, another guest accidentally came into our room at 2am while we were sleeping. We were puzzled how he could use his card key to access our room. When we insisted the hotel check their CCTV, the could only see our feet!! 2. The room was damp and smelly 3. The hotel staff were not very helpful during breakfast. Most of them just stood around. 4. Stray dogs were roaming in the hotel corridor, whining and scratching the doors at nights.

Review 10：Plumbing in the bathroom was not great the shower actually stopped working by the 3rd day but the staff were quick to respond and it was fixed immediately. The beach area is a bit too small.

Review 11：Spacious,very nicely decorated room, the sea view is stunning. Nice pool and very helpful staff they arranged for restaurant bookings as well as taxis. Location was great; close to all the restaurants and bars yet not in the crowded area. Breakfast was very good.

Review 19：The ocean view room was really awesome!Friendly staffs, beautiful view. Love the huge bathtub and private pool as well. This hotel is a very peaceful and quiet spot in central location. If you want to rent a bike, just located in front of the hotel lobby. Very convenient and it is highly recommended!

Review 20：Very noisy air conditioner which was noisier than the television at times! We did however get used to it. Housekeeping very high standard however we needed to call for our towels on a few occassions. Whilst we were very grateful to be upgraded to a villa, the room we had booked had a king bed where as the villa was a twin bed format. Possibly not a big deal for most, but something worth mentioning. Parts of the resort are a little tired and may benefit from a freshen up, however on the whole, this is a lovely place to stay and the staff are friendly, welcoming and more than happy to assist.

Review 21：Beautiful beach,quiet location however Chaweng shopping area and restaurants easily accessible. Beautiful grounds and pool. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Upgraded to garden villa with pool which wad lovely. Ocean pool villas looked amazing. Huge bath tub in room.

Review 22：We had to request new towels since the towels in the room were very old and torn. Pool tiles at the main pool are very slippery, watch out. Pool bar should use plastic instead of glass, just for caution. Breakfast had sparse selections.

Review 26：We received a very warm welcome from reception staff upon our arrival. Since we arrived earlier then our check-in time, we had to kill couple of hours and there was plenty to discover on foot nearby. To our surprise, we were upgraded to Pool Villa which was obviously amazing. The room was spacious loaded with all amnesties. Bathroom was also very spacious with a big Jacuzzi. The room opened to a shared swimming pool which was pretty cool. Not all villas were occupied. People staying in the 3/8 villas were not rowdy so were thoroughly able to enjoy the pool. It was perfect to come back to the room (specially if exhausted) and jump right into the pool. Buffet breakfast had good variety and started at 6 am in the morning, which was great on the last day since we had an early morning flight. Location is also great since it is away from the loud bars (Ark bar area). Its a 30 minute walk on the beach to Ark bar and 5/10 minutes on bike/taxi. I highly recommend this place, specifically the pool access villa probably over their private pool villas since the pool was much bigger and mostly unoccupied and provided a long stretch if you want to swim around.

The pictures for the Ocean pool Villa and the Room with with plunge pool aren't the same . There are no water falls as mentioned in the pictures . I was very disappointed with this .. The hotel Doesn't have a spa of its own .

Review 31：Where do I start? Initial reception not good and after making us sit outside in the hot sun (because there is no lobby) they made wanted full payment for our rooms. Then kept hassling me to come back and pay for extra bed in the room but I kept saying I will pay at the end of our stay like any other hotel. Grass around our pool was overgrown and full of weeds. This place is really unkept and needs a lot of TLC. Housekeeping staff were lovely and always ready with a smile and hello but the rest of the staff looked miserable and was a reflection of the miserable surrounds.

Review 65：Everything! The hotel is super nice and super well located. Near Chaweng city centre, but away from all its noise. Just in from of the hotel you have shops were you can rent a motorbike, do laundry, eat, make some shopping. The beach in front of the hotel is nice, clean and peaceful. The swimming pool is great. The provide you with bech towels every day. Breakfast is very complete!

Review 66：Me and my husbend wanted to have a relaxed and nice weekend in resotel,to we took the "best" and most pricy room in the hotel,room was not really clean,we came late at 8 pm after a long day and there was no hot water to take a bath .they told us they gonna fix it within an hour ,but the hot water was only day after in the morning. next to our room was a big family with 5 kids who screamed all morning and woke us up. very very disapointed!!!!

Review 74：Wifi was not great. Eventhough there was router in our room, it didnt transmit direct wifi so we had to basically hijack wifi from other rooms to get any sort of internet. This obviously meant we had very low signal. The only downside at our stay in this wonderful hotel.

Tourists "paparazzi" taking great pictures and children going to the beach through an interesting experience. But they know.
