Review 1：The carpet was very worn and torn in some areas. And the pillow cases were a little rough.
Review 2：The room had the amenities that we needed, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean.
Review 3：We needed an inexpensive place to stay and found a very nice place. A great bed to sleep in, friendly staff, clean and well taken care of, and a good breakfast too!!!
Review 4：Very small room. Bathroom tiny. Fridge/microwave stacked on counter normally used to put on make-up. No plug-in's in bathroom. No blowdyer. Trouble getting shower to work. Well-worn spots, especially in bathroom.

Review 33：The room was dirty. Hot water came out brown for awhile. Carpet not vacuumed thoroughly and dust and dirt in corners of bathroom and middle room. Door opened hard. I was not very impressed.

Review 36：We will never again stay at a Budget Host Inn! These rooms should have been sold for at MOST $35 / night for one night; not $70+tax. Our bathtub took half an hour to drain after using the shower for only 2 minutes; the entire plug mechanism was lying on the floor so a real bath was impossible had we wanted one. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't functioning at all. The carpet was dirty and torn. The chairs were dirty and stained. The nonsmoking room still smelled stale. The overhead fluorescent light fixture plastic covers were tobacco brownish instead of white/clear, cracked and almost falling off. If we hadn't been on such a tight schedule we would have checked out immediately and gone next door to the Days Inn instead! We checked in around 4:15pm on a Saturday- very few residents at that point- and we reported the bathroom problems to the front desk asap but she didn't even offer to move us to a different room. She did say that the bathtub problem should have been noticed by the cleaning staff when they cleaned the tub; which made us wonder if it even got cleaned! And finally the continental breakfast offered no form of protein whatsoever. No yogurt, no cream cheese, no peanut butter, nothing. And there were no coffee pots in the rooms- coffee only avail during breakfast in the lobby.

Review 40：No pool. The "latch" for our lock bar on the door was gone--we did have a dead bolt. The shower curtain appeared to have a small amount of mold on it.

Review 42：The towels are rough as sandpaper and had stains on them. The bathroom is in desperate need of an update. Flooring was peeling up, faucet was corroding. The microwave and fridge were stacked on top of each other in front of the mirror outside the bathroom. Couldn't use the mirror.
