Review 1：At night you are woken up by the smell of cooked food that comes from the kitchen. Internet connection is slow making it difficult to check even the email and the staff doesn't speak English.This is totally unacceptable.
Review 2：The location of the hotel is very good. Parking is guarded during the night, good food, good breakfast. It is clean, and the rooms are quiet.
Review 3：There was no warm water from the shower (however got resolved). Rooms a bit dated.

Review 7：No tea making facilities in the room. Irritating dancing music in the restaurant. Only one shampoo sachet for two people for 4 nights. The sink was clogged. I left some unfinished food on a table in a closed container, it was gone after room service (why they even touched it and what else have they touched when we were out?)
Review 8：Location in the city centre, within the walking distance from the train and bus stations. Breakfast in a romantic restaurant, served very early in weekdays. Design of the interiors, starting with the main entrance with lighted candles on the floor and lots of nice decorative elements.
Review 9：We booked a double room as you can see on website with blue carpet.We had a small dog they said that it was free for us.When we arrived they gave a room with three beds.This room looked on the back of the hotel. It was very dark and hot,we always had to keep always light on! We looked on the glass roof of the restaurant and there was attached a piano bar and a wall in front of the windows!!.So till later music and noise.All the day but expecially early in the morning there were pigeons that maked noise. There was also an iron barrier on the windows to inhibit to the pigeons the entrance!! I supposed they gave us this bad room with spotted carpet(moquette) because we had dog! It should be better to say it before! Breakfast in the morning in the restaurant below (the same of our room).First day "brioches" finished and they did'nt give us other. Second day "cappuccino" finished.At the end the same problem as in all Slovakia: they didn't make right receipt but false for tourists. So it was very difficult to pay by credit card. The owners were not so kind.We stay to days, they did not change towels as in all Slovakia!!

Review 11：Waiter/barman working in the hotel restaurant at Atrium did not do his job properly. Glasses from the tables were collected only when next customer was sat at this table. Very messy. Broke the bottle with Orange juice didn't clean the mess, didn't apologize for spilling the juice on my friend. Not friendly. Never tried to talk to the customers. Asked for the menu, were shown with a finger where to find it. Asked him to come and take the order- never did. He was the only minus during our stay.

Review 13：No one spoke any English apart from the night guy! The chef goes home at 10PM even if you are half way through your dinner, and he waitress would rather sit and smoke with her boyfriend after this time aswell, one waiter spoke enough English to serve me food. My room door looked as if it had been kicked in at some point, shower was blocked, no safe in room, no soap in my bathroom, would have complained but no one spoke English so I suffered it!

It's actually didn't feel like hotel it was very chilled , relaxing and beautifully restaurant and mezzanine floor. I booked 4 rooms for my family and friends and rooms were good size and cozy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely if I go back I will book this hotel again.

Review 66：The room was very small (there was no place where to open the luggage)and had a sloping ceiling on one side of the bed, very uncomfortable.There were lots of stairs to get to it. The room was not very charming,the corridors were furnished and decorated much better than the room. Nowater kettle. To enter the parking you must have a pass, so you have topark the car somewhere, go get the pass, and then driving to the parkingis not at all straightforward. The parking is close, but not right atthe hotel, and quite small. I think in the description of the hotel allthese details should be mentioned.
