Review 1：Unhelpful staff. Prior to our arrival we had several correspondence with the hotel which could NOT arrange as a boat trip and told that during our stay there AREN'T boat trips arranged by the hotel, which was not true, There were plenty of free places. On the reception desk made us wait and deffinetly were not friendly.

Review 3：One staff at the bar was reluctantly non accommodating after we asked ifwe could borrow a Cork Screw & have a bucket of Ice please!! .Rudelystating "I want it back" As if we were going anywhere when wewere staying there!! This happened on 2 occasions. Being that your offerfull service, room service etc it may be a suggestion to have 2-3 extrasof these for customers. It is not uncommon for people to enjoy a drinkin their room. Small Stools or folding chairs would be nice on thebalconies or at least available if required in the proper season.

Review 4：Location & even though it rained the day we took the Delta Cruise weenjoyed the Cruise. The Staff on board were friendly &accommodating. Fish was good.

Review 5：The hotel on the photo, in fact is Hotel Delta which is 4 stars. If I knew this is the old Delta hotel, I will never agree on the price.

Review 7：Compared to other reviewers we didn't think the smoke in the hotel was too bad- the only place we smelt it was in the coffee bar. The room was fine and so was the main restaurant. So not a negative!

Review 8：The pool was lovely, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable - we had a triple and our 2 children shared a bed- it was fine for the the 4 nights.

Food at the restaurant was quite good, Breakfast was above the usual in Romania. enough parking space, and close to the city center

Review 49：Wonderful hotel - good standard and full of charm. First impression on outside is a little worn compared to 4* sister hotel - but once you get in it is classic! The staff are well worth a mention especially those on reception - first class service, extremely helpful and could easily fall in love with them and their wonderful genuine smiles. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable - with lots of nice touches. View over Tulcea and Danube at night is wonderful. Hotel bar in evening is lively and the obviously the place to be! Stayed before - and will use again as venue of choice in Tulcea.

Review 51：The hotel locates by the river side, so we could see the river through the balcony, and also there will be a public balcony at the end of the hall. The food in the restaurant was really good with a decent price.

Review 52：A great place to start or end a tour into the delta. Just a short walk from the train station, ferry terminal in the city center, and with nice river view, especially from the terrace restaurant with luxurious dishes and drinks at reasonable prices. Rooms also cheap, but spacious, clean and with balconies. Delta museum and other museums just around the corner. Highly recommended!

Review 53：They promised river view, we had to change rooms for that. They promised big flat screen tv with cable, they couldnt fix it. They promised massage, but it was closed both on sunday and monday.

I really missed that. The room was clean enough. Notperfect (bathroom) but acceptable. The bathroom was a bit old but roomyenough and fully functional. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a lotof choice hot and cold and good, strong coffee. All in all, it wasexcellent value for money - at least with the deal I got off-seasonwith booking.com and served as a perfect base to do birdwatching daytrips in the area.

Review 60：Was not impressed that there was no mention of the pool and gym beingshut for months so decided to check out as that was one of the mainreasons for booking that place. That was a bit tricky but booking.comcame to the rescue.
