Review 4：The staff was friendly, helpful, and there was always someone to answer our questions in English. The rooms were pretty, the beds firm and extremely comfortable, and the grounds were nice, it was close to the attractions we wanted Tom see in the old part of the city. The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
Review 5：Air condition was not working at the beginning. The repairing took halfa day. Noisy, as hotel is localted in one of the main streets - to openthe window is not feasible

Review 8：The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The room had a nice large double bed. The location is a bit of a disadvantage as you have to walk to the city centre for about a kilometre. But Yaroslavl isn't such a bi city so it's not really a problem.
Review 9：It is not 4 star hotel, In standard room, no bathrobe, no slippers, towers are small and only one size, no kettler, tea, etc. Tap in bathroom is sprinkling outside sink so one becomes wet in front. Flush in shower is clogged so that water is overflowing to the floor. Sure will not recoment to stay.

Review 14：Very nice and comfortable hotel, good location, clean rooms. The hotel is new and you feel it in every detail: excellent conditions for acceptable price! Very good buffet service (especially for Russian hotels). I would recommend this hotel both for families and lovebirds -)
