Review 1：Internet was not as good as it had been last time..

Review 2：They remember me.. when I walked in, after hours on the road, my registration consisted of them handing me the key..and telling me ' We already know who you are....". I will KEEP coming back.

Review 3：I ahve been here now 4 or 5 times and I just keep coming back because it almost feels like coming home. When on a trip, this is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. The staff, rooms, restaurant and breakfast are all great, nothing to complain. The people arr so friendly and helpful here. Although the city of Ustka is quite small and there isn't mucht o do here, I keep coming back here just for this hotel. With only 4 stars it should deserve more and despite the fact that in general Ustka is not cheap, this hotel is better and still cheaper in comparison with all the others. Will definitely come back here again.

Review 8：They say it's 4 star but don't you believe it. It's much better than that. Located right in the center but only a very short walk to the beach and promenade, it is located in a small side street so it is very quiet. Lots of safe parking spaces both in front and on the side of the very beautiful building itself. Large and very beautiful reception, good elevator, large rooms with good showers, very good facilities, extremely friendly and helpful staff, 24 hours reception, nightguard, A++ breakfast. The restaurant is superb, never had such good service and quality food anywhere in Poland, not even in so-called high class places in Warsaw. It might cost slightly more than other hotels in Ustka but it is worth every cent for what you get. English and German spoken. Been here now 4 or 5 times and will be coming back for sure. 100 + % recommended, also for parents travelling with children.

Review 34：We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms were spacious in particular the one with the wooden floor. The dinners were great incl. New Years Eve, but the breakfast is breathtakingly unmatched.

Real valuefor money ! Excellent staff, English and German widely spoken, large andvery clean rooms, an excellent restaurant and perfect breakfast, bothbuffet and a la carte at no extra charge. Free private parking availablewith an all night guard. A pool table completes the picture. Thebuilding itself is a nice example of Prussian architecture and the wholetown itself is a delight to see. The boulevard offers many opportunitiesto relax and has many facilities for children. Location, staff,cleanliness, room size, dinner, breakfast, service and childfriendliness : all 100 % ok ! I will definitely come back here again.

Review 38：Using the shower was a bit of a challenge trying not to flood the whole bathroom. Without a door or larger shower base water was over most of the bathroom floor. Very little shelf space for toiletries, none in the shower stall.

Review 40：You get no better value for money than this. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, quiet, with good beds and a great shower. The staff speaks English and go well beyond the call of duty to help you : we arrived very late and all restaurants were closed but the lady at the reception started calling all restaurants to see if there would still be any possibility for us to have dinner (unfortunately not, so it turned out). The night guard, an elderly gentleman, even went out himself to check certain places ! This high level of service extended to breakfast (included in room price) which was absolutely wonderful and besides the buffet also offered certain dishes to be ordered a la carte, as well as several kinds of coffee. Parking is free of charge and guarded and right next to or in front of the hotel. The building itself is beautiful as well as the lobby and entrance hall and so are the rooms. Seafood lovers will find their paradise here. The boulevard, sea and Old Town are all within walking distance and all is clean and beautiful, with the old city center and typical historical buildings beautifully restored, as is the hotel itself. Our stay in this place was luxurious and relaxing, 100 % recommended as a great value for money. Will definitely come back here again.

Review 41：It was my 2nd visit to Ustka & the Rejs hotel. Last time I stayedhere I was impressed with the awesome service, rooms and food. On thisoccasion my booking was upgraded to a apartment room free of charge andour stay was even better than list time, although I didn't think itwould be possible to make it even better ;-) . Rooms are very modern,clean and cosy. Staff has some knowledge of providing gr8 service. Youalso get a gr8, full of verity break fast included in the great deal.Would recommend to stay and try for your self...
