Review 1：No air-conditioning or even a fan is biggest drawback. In rooms on the first floor smell from the restaurant was a bit too strong. WiFi sometimes losses signal.

Review 3：Our room had suicide doors in the bedroom and bathroom, as when you open them they lead out to an unfenced ledge about a foot wide that is really just a windowsill! We were three or four storeys up and the only thing that stops the bedroom outer door being fully opened is a safety chain at the top of it that can easily be slipped off. The bathroom outer door is fairly narrow but it opens fully. How on earth they got that passed at the planning stage is beyond belief! A child could easily slip through the gaps. At times the front door was locked and this then meant having to climb stairs to the first floor restaurant and go down another set of stairs to reception to obtain the room key and then up over forty stairs to the room!
Review 4：It is a lovely older hotel very well located just a short walk from the main square of the old city, the river, the castle and the main shopping area. The rooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of cupboard, shelf and drawer space. Breakfast is included in the price and is excellent.

Review 14：Very nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was ok,nothing special but not bad. Stuff are friendly. Close to exhibition ( by foot 10 minutes) Velice pěkné a prostorné pokoje s čistou koupelnou. Snídaně na standartní úrovni. Na recepci jsme se setkali vždy s usměvavým a ochotným personálem. Pěšky je to opravdu kousek na výstaviště.
Review 15：We stayed at this hotel one year ago and wrote a very positive review, this time is different. On the first night there was a terrible smell in one of our rooms, we complained in the morning and were told it would be repaired, the evening receptionist knew nothing about this but we didnt notice this smell but in the middle of the night it returned stronger than before and we had to request a change of room. We had no hot water for showers at 0530 on day one, we asked several times if the water could be heated earlier on day 2 as we would also be leaving very early, it wasn't. One room was not cleaned at all after the first night, only towels changed. This experience was very different to a year ago.
