Review 1：The room was not up to the price we paid. No set of drawers, small closet, the towels were scarce...only one hand towel for three persons.

Review 3：Imagine being on a bed in a romantic mood with your wife and then , suddenly .. A two hours tae kwon do children's class next to your window.. !! ON SATURDAY!!

Review 9：Hotel confirmed a late check out by email, they wouldn't honor it, I had to beg for it. The hotel decided to fully charge my credit card at check in, without letting me know, even though I had left a card on file as an expense guarantee. When I asked for a refund at check out so I could pay with another card, they said this was not possible. After threatening ti call Amex and telling them that I had not checked tinto a motel, they suddenly decides they could refund the card. We asked for firewood, never got it. Overall this detracted from the stay, I would definitely avoid it the future, the Rodavento hotel is way better and has excellent and knowlegedable staff and is some 5 minutes up the road. Definitely a much better value for your money!

Review 13：The pool was not open due to extensive building work, the reception staff were useless and we had to continually ask for more fire wood and any information about the area. For the price you would hope to have a kettle in your room and water but this was not provided. Very disappointed for the price.

Review 15：Food was terrible. I stayed in a room facing waterfall. It had this bad musty smell. The heater was broken and no amount of effort from staff was able to fix it. It just feels like there is lack of leadership.
