Review 1：Hotel could use a refresh. Bathroom wasn't dirty, but wasn't overly clean. Sound insulation between rooms was not good.

Review 6：The hotel is situated close to the town centre and within easy walking distance to the beach. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The room and bathroom were small but sufficient for us for 3 days. Breakfast was served in our room and was good value at Euro 10 per person.

Review 8：Stairs to upstairs rather steep and winding, fine with care. Bed unfortunately rather soft (room 11).

Review 9：Warm welcome & early allocation of room Soap & shower gel in bathroom and kettle for hot drinks (tea & coffee etc provided). Railway station walkable, beach & town also. Balcony room ideal in summer months.

Review 10：We mentioned on first day that our rooms were cold as radiators were not working. This was never remedied. Heating was on on arrival which was a cool and windy day. All the windows however were left open. We never experienced the radiators working again but windows were always open? Well aired rooms!

Review 11：Zandvoort is an excellent resort. Close to Amsterdam. Hotel is in great position, rooms are kept clean and staff are helpful and friendly.

Review 12：No cooked breakfast option or place to have breakfast other than in room or outdoors. Wifi was very intermittent but I was at the very top of the hotel up extremely steep and narrow steps.

Review 16：The bed was a bit hard. Still really comfortable, but I have hip bursitis, and it was just a bit too hard to side sleep. There was a strong smell of mildew. There was no hotel parking, but they rented us a street permit usable a few blocks away. I suspect in high season finding parking nearby will be a pain.

It is a well restored seaside resort town hotel with a genuine atmosphere combined with fresh rooms and breakfast room. Do enjoy a cold Heineken on the sunny terrace in front of the hotel. The breakfast will not let you down - but if you are fond of eggs, order them separately.

Review 50：This family-run hotel was a true delight! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was light and cheerful and the breakfast was excellent, including fresh-squeezed orange juice and everything you want.
