Review 1：My children and I stayed for the String Fling event at the college. I figured I would treat my daughter to a nice hotel for our stay. I want to be understood I scrimped and saved for several months for this trip. On a single income I have learned the value of the dollars I work hard for. I wasn't able to take a shower because there was no hot water pressure. When you turned on the hot water in the sink it sputtered and there was no solid flow. My children and I got into the pool and the water was freezing cold. So I had to sleep through the night with the pool smell on me. I found a huge hairball in the trash can by the coffee machine. For a room that should be clean this is a major no no. Then breakfast the next morning was subpar at best. We got down to breakfast at 6:30 when it started up and everything should have been nice and hot and it was anything but. Everything was piled up high to look like a great abundance but in doing so everything on top was dried out and cold. The bagel that I had was old and stale. Room 346 for maintenance to check the water issue and also there was a switch in the room that went to absolutely nothing I could see. The switch on the wall outside the bathroom. We moved to table in front of the pull out couch out of the way and didn't set anything on it in fear it was going to fall apart. The Pull out couch looked like it came from Goodwill and I had to call down for sheets and an extra blanket. All in all I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton a year ago and was much happier with the stay and the cost. For the amount of money I spent I expected a whole lot better. We will not be making that costly mistake again or recommending this hotel to anyone in the future.

Review 9：Didn't have bathtub in bathroom, the price was way high for no more commodities that were offered. For example spending $185.00 in Dallas TX. Would get you a five star hotel with all the bells and whistles, just a little disappointed with overall price, was expecting more for the buck.

Review 11：Everyone was very helpful and polite, except the worker, working the Breakfast area. She was not very helpful when asking a question in regards to finding a few items. Other complaint would be the pool, water was very cold
