Review 1：This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The staff at the reception desk were often absent, unfriendly, and unhelpful. For example, having been told that someone was at the desk 24 hours a day to open the gate to the parking lot, there was not a single occasion when someone actually opened the gate after my arrival. Every single time, I would wait several minutes and then have to leave my car, enter the hotel and find someone to open the gate. In addition, the breakfast was inedible. The eggs, for example, were cold and drowning in oil. Finally, the maid entered my room, without knocking, at 7:45 a.m. to clean my room. Even if she had knocked, cleaning rooms that early is ridiculous. I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone else.

Review 2：The staff could not get the light bulb in the bathroom replaced The bulb burnt out on Sunday night and had not been replaced by checkout on Monday. The breakfast on Monday morning was a big disappointment after Sundays breakfast.

Review 3：The location is within easy walking distance to the lake but there is no view of the lake. Some of the hotel has been renovated unfortunately not our rooms. The rooms were very clean, however they only met the minimum standard for a 3 star. Breakfast was great on the weekend.

Review 4：Small hotel parking. So public and payable parking had to be used.

Review 24：My only issue was being woken earlier than I'd like because I had a room at the front so I could hear the traffic whizzing by. And the curtains were quite thin so let a lot of light in in the morning.

Review 25：I was surprised to find that my room had a balcony with a wonderful view. The staff were so helpful. They recommended cycle routes to me. And answered all my questions. The reception was never left unattended. The shower was good (temperature and pressure). I was a female travelling alone and felt very safe and secure. Everybody I met in Slovenia showed such kindness.

Review 26：Немного "советский". Паспорта при въезде забрали, пульт от кондиционера нужно брать на ресепшене. Рано утром начинают пылесосить, а слышимость очень высокая. Нет ни холодильника, ни чайника, хотя три звезды этого не требуют. Очень скудный завтрак. При выезде не смогли расплатиться картой visa, терминал не работал. При этом другой терминал на mastercard работал.

Review 27：Хорошее расположение, тишина, бесплатная парковка, хотя и маленькая, поэтому вечером мест уже нет. Новая чистая ванная комната со свежей сантехникой. Балкон. Хороший кондиционер и wi-fi. В округе полно ресторанчиков, рядом пекарня и супермаркет.

Review 28：The bathroom was awfull. The tub was shabby and the tiles were ugly. Wi-fi was available at only a certain part of the room - Mainly at the door.

Review 30：The first room we got had a really bad smell of cigarettes. Also the older guy at the reception was unfriendly. Old windows - I could hardly close them. Very thin walls; in the morning the alarm of my neighbour-guest woke me up. I couldn't turn on the TV. Obviously it wasn't working. Our room was by the road.

Review 32：Asian tour groups seem to book this hotel (there was about 3 large tour groups while we were there) so breakfast is manic but around 8am the groups leave and it is not so crowded and there was still plenty of food. Because of the tour groups checking out takes time as everyone is using the lift at the same time so in the morning you find yourself waiting around a lot. If you don't have luggage take the stairs.

Review 33：Parking is outside behind the building, it is a bit of a walk from parking to lift. Parking lot is small peak season might be an issue. Reception was friendly, to check in we had to park at the public parking below their parking lot as the hotel has a boom gate and when I told them they showed concern to get us into their parking lot before we got ticketed. There are two buildings and two sets of lifts for each building. When you get your key make sure to ask which lift is yours. The rooms are medium sized, comfortable to move around, there was even a balcony and we had a view of the castle which was nice when it was lit up at night. the shower was dated but worked and drainage was fast. Our rooms were quiet. WiFi was reliable and fast. Breakfast is a full buffet. lots of different eggs, bacon, sausages, cold cuts, cheese, some fruits and vegetables and herbal teas. Location is in the centre of Bled so you are near all the main sights.

Review 94：Parking!!! while check in the employee asked me to park my car in their parking, where there's an automatic gate. He said he'll open it once I'm there. I waited more than half an hour with no answer. Finally, he opened it. My problem is: when I asked him, why didn't you open the gate directly, he tried to stop the discussion without an appropriate explanation for a guest who has waited for him for half an hour!!!

Review 96：Triple room was far too small - no space for luggage, having to use bathroom for bags! Uncomfortably cramped. No air conditioning and small desk top fan quite inadequate for heat of summer. WiFi only available in foyer. The poorest and most disappointing of our accommodation over a months trip.

Review 111：Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Decent view from the roomonto the main street. We stayed in Winter so kept the window closed sonoise wasn't a problem. Small but adequate bathroom. Access to the saunaand spa downstairs for 5 euro instead of the normal 11. Restaurant staffwere friendly and helpful.

Review 112：When we arrived, the staff on duty did everything to discourage us to stay.. It was late and it was raining so we didn't have many choices. First they argued that they had not received the confirmation from Booking.com of our reservation. Not only I had to show them the reservation number and the PIN, but also I had to show them the confirmation from Booking on the internet. Then,they gave us apparently the smallest rooms and most uncomfortable rooms available in the hotel.Will not recommend the hotel to anyone. It is certainly overrated at 3 stars!

Review 113：No airconditioning, just a ventilator, which was not enough for the high temperatures of the summer in Bled. Poor ventilation of the toilet/shower unit - in fact the only effective way to ventilate that unit was to open the door with all the smells and vapours into the sleeping area. Poor maintenance - there was no soap holder in the bathroom and only a sad piece of plastic suggested that once ther was one. However, nobody bothered to come and install a new one.

Review 114：Good breakfast. Central location. Close to a bus stop for those coming by bus. Parking is a little tricky - the free parking is in a public parking lot near the hotel, and in the middle of the day it is nearly impossible to find a parking place.

Review 116：The decor was in a time warp, in desperate need of modernisation. The rooms were compact and basic though it was very dissappointing the hotel didn't have the simple of an iron. The breakfast was average.

Review 117：Everything inside was very old, probably never changed, but stillfunctional (I mean the furniture, the towels, tv, ac, etc.) The drain ofthe shower was clogged. The toilet seat was not clean when we firstarrived in the room. A lot of cobwebs in the bathroom.

Review 127：1. When I first entered my room, I thought a window is open because it was so cold and noisy. However, there was no open window, but the windows were so leaky that (traffic) noise and cold air came in almost unfiltered. After my complaint the hotel provided an extra heating; but the problem with the noise persisted. 2. The quality of the breakfast was below average. 3. The performance of the wireless network was poor - Skype phoning was often impossible.
