Review 1：The pool at Buri Rasa is slightly small when compared to other hotels and is above ground making it more difficult to climb in and out of which would make it a problem for older people.

Review 2：From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were extremely well taken care of by the staff who were always friendly and accommodating. Although this resort is rated 4 stars, we truly felt that we had received a 5 star experience. The little touches were appreciated. Each night we received a personal message and hand crafted gift in our room making us feel very special. Apart from a wonderful buffet, breakfast can also be made to order. The resort is beautifully set in among tropical trees and vegetation and is extremely well looked after. The rooms are beautiful and clean with all the amenities one would expect from a high end holiday resort. The location is also ideal as it is not close to the noise and party hotels further down the beach yet is close to all the conveniences of the main road in Chaweng. We also enjoyed wonderful massages from the onsite Spa! A truly amazing resort!

Review 3：They ran out of bathroom towels. Breakfast coffee is undrinkable and needs a complete re-think. Bathrooms are damp and stuffy as not well ventilated. Swimming pool is very small and once there are a couple of kids in the pool you have little chance on enjoying it. Property next door has very loud all day beach parties that compromise one's experience.

Review 4：Very helpful, charming, accommodating staff who seek to do their very best. Lush greenery and orchids throughout the grounds makes the stay very pleasant. Close to restaurants and bars, though the surrounding area is a loud, gaudy tourist trap and party zone with little character, charm or uniqueness.

Review 5：Expensive in comparison with other resorts. No value for money. It was Christmas season so understand the high price. But it was even more expensive than other high end resorts. Restaurant food was not value for money, either.

Review 7：The staff was very lovely and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was gorgeous, very comfortable and spacious, the bed was very soft. The whole hotel grounds were really nice, convenient both to the street and to the beach. the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Wifi was very fast too. Everything was perfect. Would stay again and highly recommend this property.

Review 8：The room had an unpleasant smell of damp. The rooms are very dark. Swarms of mosquitoes. Swimming pool disappointed me - I have not seen anyone bathed in it.

Review 9：First of all - the location. Exit to the beach is absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is interesting, but lots of greenery overwhelms him and makes it becomes dark. Very good breakfast in an interesting restaurant. Beautiful in the evening. Situated in the popular location - much happening around (but the hotel is quiet, what's really great).

Review 11：I cannot tell you home welcoming and helpful the staff were the accommodation itself was outstanding and they were so thoughtful. We came back to the hotel after a torrential down pour and they called to ask if we wanted some warm tea was so thoughtful. Wish I could of stayed longer and hope to return again

Review 13：Staff were lovely, extremely friendly, polite and attentive to our every need. The room was clean, comfortable spacious and cosy. Lovely lush vegetation and plants around the premises. The breakfast was excellent, great variety of Thai and European dishes, fresh fruit. The location is perfect in Chaweng, away from the loud clubs and busy bars but still within short walking distance of them. I liked the touch of housekeeping leaving 'gifts' on our beds every evening of desserts etc., turning the bed and lighting fragrance oil. Our experience here was amazing.

Review 14：The rooms were lovely but needed more light. The pool was adequate but not very comfortable to get in and out of, stones underfoot and I grazed my knee as the outer wall is made of fine stones and not ceramic.

Review 18：The pool was tiny and was a big minus for us. Ridiculously small and the water was salt water instead of regular water. The rooms are also quite small. Would have expected more out of the rooms and pool for the price that we paid.

Review 23：Everything is amazing! The location, peace and tranquility, the rooms are simple yet beautiful and the staff are world class. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. We have never encountered such welcoming and caring employees. We were surprised with an upgrade to a dip pool room which made us feel really special. The grounds are beautiful, the restaurant is great value and the pool and beach are spotless. The most incredible element to this hotel is the people that work here. Always smiling and making sure your holiday is the best it can be. We were genuinely sad when it was time to go. We cannot recommend this small, tranquil, beautifully presented village of heaven strongly enough. This is the only place we will stay when we return to Kho Samui. It is our happy place.

Review 28：It was not a bad experience, but I made my choice based on reading on the internet that the property had a gym. For the price per night, it should have one!!

Review 37：The hotel is located the popular Chawen Beach, but not too noisy. Convenient for shopping in Chawen area which is within the walking distance. The villa is nice and the staffs are always attentive. Difinetely one of the best in Koh Samui.

Review 38：The staff worked at Buri Rasa made us feel so welcome. They were extremely attentive and also greeted me by my last name every time they saw me. One of the young men who worked at the reception helped us with booking our flight tickets to Bangkok when we had a last minute plan change. Make sure you go to one of the free cooking classes at the resort, it was a lot fun.

Review 39：Very warm-hearted, willing and helpful staff. They recognize us personally and help with all we look for, be it in the hotel, tours or the desired transport etc. By the end of our one week's stay, we almost felt attached to the staff there. It is a delicate hotel where we feel at home.

Review 46：This is a Luxury Garden resort hotel in the centre of Chaweng (one of a kind!). The plants, design and hardwood timber provide a sense of peace. We booked a standard deluxe room at a great price on booking.com and then also got upgraded to large room with a very large bath etc... Spent sunset at the bar (5 to 7pm - happy hour is great value at a great hotel).

Review 47：Every day the clean the first meters of the beach, but they forget to go the extra step until they see. Would be great if all resorts take care of the full stretch of beach and everybody will see a clean beach.

As small geckos, mosquitos (staff really do all to prevent them coming in a room, anti-mosquito spray, electric machine, aroma candles, etc), tiny ants and rare black bug is normal to see around, because each room have garden/plants in front, so rarely they end up in room - as outside, it is were they live anyway :) Very eco friendly hotel ;)

The beach club have amazing fresh food (with very good price too) and it is so romantic to have dinner on the sand under your feet :D Each day you get small gift left in your room, which is very cute thing! :) Water and anti-mosquito spray are complementary. Dip pool is very nice, you can ask staff to warm the water in it as well. Breakfast is really nice, lots of choice... Staff is soooo caring, maximum helping and finishing things for you. Anything you need, go ahead and ask them for advice - they will be there for you 00-24 h. I would definitely come back again and again in the amazing Thai traditional wooden style looking hotel/village. Even toilet in the room, have both - modern and Thai traditional style bath with cold water (if somebody want to try something new on the old way) :)

Review 106：The hotel is perfect – we liked everything! Personal approach of the staff to each guest - the staff doing their best to make your holidays pleasant and memorable, a bottle of wine and fruits at arrival, sweet presents in the room every evening, tasty breakfasts that include Thai cuisine buffet and continental dishes by menu, pool with Jacuzzi jets, afternoon entertainments and dinners at the beach. The spa treatments that we tried were also exceptional!

Review 114：The neighboring hotel (KC club?) puts an extremely loud music starting 12.00 and till late night. It is impossible to enjoy the beach, pool and massage treatment at spa as the loud dance music prevents you from relaxing. The food at the restaurant seems to copy some chain hotel food: nice presentation, but not very much delicious. Breakfast could have been better. A solid improvement is required on coffee quality.

Review 115：The small property with excellent staff, however it seems a bit worn out, especially rooms, including furniture and lighting. Little daily surprises from the management (sweets, souvenirs) is a nice touch, however it would advisable for housekeeping to come when the guests are not in the room in order to avoid embarrassment.

Review 116：Swimming pool is very small but this is not really a problem for us as we prefer to go to the beach and swim in the sea! There were not enough umbrellas for the beach seats.

Review 118：The music from the next door hotel KC is blasting from 12 pm till 7 pm, and Sunday night till 1 am. God, this was so annoying! The relaxing ambience of Buri Raca was all gone! Another thing I didn't like is fresh juices. They are made not from fresh fruits at all, the lady behind the bar "secretly" poured a juice from a pack and threw 3 pineapple slices! Wow, that was extravagant! The price too.

Review 119：Luxurious hotel in Thai traditional style. The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are amazing, very good choice. Unique pool. White sand beach. Very cozy and comfy rooms, complimentary water and anti-mosquito spray. Every day you get some small treat. Cuisine is good.
