Review 1：cleanliness is poor. some taps didn't work properly. didn't have a continuous supply of hot water. No towels. room was bit smelly. etc.

Review 3：No hot water. Rooms with bad smell. If individual balconies mentioned in WEB it has been used for another purpose. (Room No 111) Hotel staff is helpless. Bad maintenance. If we tried to contact hotel owner no answer. I will not recommend any one to go their.

Review 10：Worst place ever been.Lonely, desperate, seems like the OVERLOOK HOTEL of SHINING. Very far from Ella, very difficult to get to the City. The place is extremely decadent and extremely humid. All your clothes will get wet in a night. Moreover, hidden extra charges that pump up the price about 25%

Review 15：THBathroom is too small and dirty. You find a smell inside from the timewe arrived. You must ask for hot water always and I think they'llswitch on the heater. Beds spacious but not comfortable. We orderedbreakfast since we were with children and we had to start our journeyearly. Breakfast was alright ( Sri Lankan food ) but not so good.Although it was published there's no 24 hour room service andreception. Staff informed us at the time of check in if we need anythingto call no. 9 but when we do no one answers. Basically hotel is notworth for the price we paid comparing to other hotels in the area.
Review 16：We were on a nights stay to participate for a family function. They gaveus foc late check out but we checked in very late at night.
Review 17：Food was really nice, but with a set menu, choice was not possible. They did ask us what we wanted however so not really complaining as we were only ones there. No TV in room as advertised.
Review 18：The manager and staff were determined to meet our needs. We had made a mistake with Internet booking 2 rooms instead of 1 and they helped sort it so as not charged for a so-called late cancellation. When our 2yo would only eat pineapple for fruit and there wasn't any, they sent someone to town to get it early morning. We were very happy with our stay n would go back. Great view.
Review 19：Hot water was a problem as there was none once or twice. Yet once again the manager sprang in to action and got the problem sorted out in a very short time.
Review 20：The hotel staff were really excellent. They could not do enough for you. My sister who was handicapped was virtually carried up to the next floor by the staff members. The hotel is managed efficiently and this hotel provides an excellent example of what customer service is all about. Excellent value for a short stay up to 3 nights.
