Review 1：1) No water available at the pool / steam room section 2) double bed created out of two singles not secured together so sliding off from each other 3) hot / cold shower almost impossible to set as medium, poor pressure too R219 4) not much of lounge seating by the bar 5) only two sachets of coffee in the room a day

Review 3：-music always too loud and always the same - staff lame - they need more motivation, training and someone, who knows how restaurant and kitchen personal should be handled. Already courses in German/English could help. A higher salary may aswell. -reception staff - No Hello or Goodbye or generally helpful - no feeling for guests or making them feel comfortabel. - altogether a nice hotel, but missing out on many small details.....

Review 7：The location was okay. If you are looking for somewhere quiet then this is perfect. My fiance and I went into town every day so it was a bit out of the way HOWEVER it is still close and barely a cab ride away from the town. We even walked along the beach into town one day so I didn't mind.
Review 8：I loved the spa! It was amazing (including the pool, hottub, steam rooms and sauna). It had a relaxing feel to it and overall it was gorgeous! Made me and my fiance feel like we were in a dream. The bed were very comfortable and the rooms were nicely laid out. Even though we don't have children, it has a play ground for them outside which is very handy. Most hotels I have stayed at (which is a lot) do not have this. Very helpful. Location to the beach in awesome and very nice to walk along it. I found the internet very good and did not have a problem. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again!

If you have any business to do while you are in the hotel and require internet..you can do your internet sitting in the lobby or the bar.. but perhaps NOT your room. I like the hotel but will not be able to use it again on business travel. If they upgrade their internet, please post so that I can use the hotel in the future.

Review 15：The hotel is some distance from the centre of Ustka so if you come by train or bus you will need a taxi to get there. Cannot say much about the restaurant because it closes so early and I prefered to eat in town anyway.

Good news is therestaurant also, very tasty and classy - so is the breakfast.even with the littles disconforts (see next section) we would definitely recommend this top end hotel.
