Review 1：The room was newly renovated and quite clean and tidy, however, I noticed the edges near the wall could have been cleaner.
Review 2：I loved the location as it was really close to the lake and casino and also walking distance to the grocery store. It had everything you needed including a refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioner. Although the room I stayed was smallish, it was a perfect and economical place to stop for only needing a place to stay for the night and wanting to get back on the road the next day.

Review 4：Maples Motel is in a great location, and it's hard to distinguish it from any basic hotel room (except that there's no morning breakfast). The bed is very comfortable, and the room was clean.

Review 17：We received a call at 2:30 am from someone who claimed to be receptionwith a noise complaint. We were asleep for a few hours before theycalled so no noise. The person on the phone asked if we were naked andtold us they would "come" to visit when they wanted to. Wefelt very uncomfortable after this and left promptly after the call at2:30am to drive home to Toronto. Called the next day to complain and wastold that they just changed the phone systems so anyone can call anyroom without speaking to reception. Apparently other rooms receivedcalls too (male guest received calls from female callers and femalesfrom males). Only the receptionist knows who stays in what room...We will never return. This phone system is safety hazard and needs to be changed. We received no refund.
Review 18：Excellent location, walking distance to many attractions and shops. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy. This is a small family run operation. Would highly recommend this motel for a one night stay over in Orillia or a weekend!
Review 19：Room was very tiny. Not sure what the coffe pot was supposed to be. I felt the room was a little dirty...didn't trust the carpets. Had something on my feet the entire time. Our friends found a dirty sock in their supposedly cleaned room.

Review 23：Maples is a run down motel in a run down area of town. If I had known, I would not have stayed there. Although the linen was clean, the room was grungy - carpet looks like it was last cleaned in about 1950. Could barely fit in the washroom (and I'm skinny). Not a place to stay more than one day and then only if you don't know better

Review 26：The Maple Motel....a great little place to lay your head after a concert or day at the beach. Not overly 'pretty'; the room reminded me of a bedroom at the cottage. It was cozy and comfy and spotlessly clean. Just what you need after a long day.

Review 39：was greeted upon arrival and was given extra coffee when I told the man that my wife and I were coffee holics. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. After a nite at Casino Rama and a good nites sleep we asked the lady if we could leave our car in the parking lot after we checked out so we could go to the restaurant next door and she said "of course, and asked us how our nite was?" We said we would definitely return and recommend the place to our friends. It is a great location near the water and very clean and the price is much better than the bigger hotels in the area. The owners are very pleasant and treat you well. Also included in the price is a fridge and a microwave and coffee maker and WIFI. Can't get much better than that!

Review 41：Although the rooms have been renovated, it is still a very old Motel. Parking is limited and awkward. The air conditioner is in the bathroom and the room was hot. It was non-smoking but smelled like stale cigarettes. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. Would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. My first time relying on and using Bookin.com. Was not impressed.
