Review 1：Our pool went green, but as soon as the heard it they fixed it Right away! The restaurant was expensive and the value for money wasn't great,

Review 2：Jeen, ( i think that's how you spell it) made our stay wonderful, made us feel so very welcome! It was quiet and peaceful resort. The room was lovely! Shuttle bus is an excellent idea, giving us a lift to the other kc resort located just down the road on the beach and we could use their facilities (pool and beach) Breakfast had a wide range of food

Review 3：The cleanliness was not so great. I found the shower a bit dirty and they dont provide guests with slippers.

Review 4：I liked where the resort was situated. It was away for all the busy road in town. Its also perched on a mountain giving you a spectacular view of the ocean.

Review 5：No hot water, so couldn't use the jacuzzi. Dirty water coming from the shower is never good (see picture). Fire alarm going off early in the morning, but no fire. Customer service was non existent. Management have meetings during checkout hours, so are unable to deal with complaints.

Review 6：I hated the breakfast, as no variety.. Food wasn't fresh. There were holes in the pool towels. Housekeeping was very poor!! Hated the bathroom, no mirrors in the room!!!

Review 8：The awning was broken so after a complaint, they kindly brought up an umbrella which gave no protection from the rain. The fridge is great at keeping things warm - even after being looked at. The pillows are lumpy, 2 lights in the villa didn't work, the doors to the deck were extremely hard to open. Definitely needs some maintenance done.

Review 19：Inconvenient location, located on a hill very steeply. Hotel offers shuttle buses to the center but only 4 times a day. When we booked we needed to pay at the hotel and they charge high currency exchange rate from Thai bhat to US dolar, cost us 10$ more.

Review 21：The room in 5 days was cleaned only once. At the check in we arrived at 3.30 pm and the room was ready at 4.15 we have to wait under the sun for 45 minutes after a flight cause the reception is open air without air conditioning. The room was supposed to be ready at 2 PM. The second day the attendants have changed our 2 towels and they put only 1 clean. the third day we returned from the beach at 6 PM after we had gone out in the morning at 10 am and our room wasn't already cleaned and we had no towels to shower. The only good thing is that since the treatment received after I complained at reception I got free late check out at 7 PM but then in the morning we left we were woken up at 7 am...!?! How can you think of waking someone up at 7 am for a late check out, maybe is an early check out at that time!!! All this experience for the modest sum of 570 euro for 5 nights. In any other 4-star hotel on the beach the service would be better, we' ve been at koh Sami 2 years ago to baan talay resort, nothing to do with this service... !!!! incredible and embarrassing for a five stars hotel...!!!

Review 23：The resort is in such a beautiful spot and has some amazing features, but it feels like it could use a bit of a rejuvenation. The rooms were clean but many of the tiles and walls had marks which took away from the luxe feeling.

Review 24：The location was great for us as we were attending a wedding at a nearby resort, the resort is not in the thick of things and that was one of the things we loved about it. The views are spectacular, the staff were friendly and helpful and the resort itself is lovely. We stayed in a deluxe ocean view and a villa, and we definitely recommend the overwater villa, it's a really unique experience.

Review 25：We were arranged at the lowest villa, couldn't really see the sea view. One of the sofa matress near the pool was missing. We asked the room service to bring, but never came. The font desk took way to long to check in.

The electric power was been cut without and notice and reason, which leading our mobile and camera can not been recharge.The worst point is: people in the reception to deal with check in played us, when we arrived at hotel at 7:30am, I was told my room would be ready in 1 hour later, that is 8:30am. 30 mins later at 8am, when I asked how about my room, I was still told my room will be get ready in 1 hour later, I was so supervise and asked whether my room would be get ready at 9 am, than that women said normally the room should be ready at 14:00 with a so rude way. In that time, I scanned on my documents of checking in, there is a 10:00am written down. That means she report to her colleague that our room should be ready at 10:00.That is the most ridiculous experience for a services.

Review 36：We book the villa on the water for 2 nights and had a huge disappointmenton 6th of April we checked in to KC Villas for our 2 nights booking of over the water villa at a cost of 19,050 Thai baht in total.Once we got the villa at 14:00pm we decided to use the private pool and enjoy this facility as it was booked as a spacial treat to our honeymoon trip.We immediately noticed that the water quality of the pool was very very poor.there was almost no clarity and the pool had a yellow-ish colour.we rang the recaption to check it out and they replied that they will send someone to check it out and so after 10 min a guy came with a net and picked up couple of leafs in the back of the pool and left which had no affect as clearly the water were not clear as result of bad or none filter facility.We then decided to take a shower and left the pool after 10 min of use which was extremely disappointing.We contacted the reception again, this time in person, and we were given the answer that such an issue can only be resolved tomorrow.At this point it is important to mention that we visually checked the other villas pools and their pool water were crystal clear as we suspected.on April 7th we requested a meeting with the resort manager after the receptionist added to our insult by offering us a bottle of sparkling wine.....?!?The hotel on duty manager Mr. Krit explained that sometimes the water on koh samui island are not clear and it takes time to the pool filter to clean them and we replied that this is not our concern as guest who paid nearly 10K a night only to get a villa with niffy waters.Mr. Krit then offered a choice of one of the following: a spa treatment, dinner at the hotel restaurant or a bottle of wine which we rejected.Mr. Krit then offered a 3000 Baht voucher that can be used at the hotel restaurant which we rejected again as we did not planned to dine at the hotel restaurant at all from start.Mr.

No 24 hour room service even though it is a 5 star hotel. Couldn't get needle and thread from anywhere in the hotel. Rooms are outdated and need maintenance ASAP. Toilet fixtures and tiles had rust and grime.

The free shuttle service into town was great but it didn't run often enough and you had to book in advance which was a little inconvenient, especially for the return trips back to the resort.

Review 85：We loved our stay at KC. We had an over water villa on the top level. The view was absolutely amazing, however I definitely think the top level villas had a much better view than the lower levels do request top level if you can! The private pool was not very secluded but was still amazing and very luxurious. The staff were lovely an extremely helpful, especially the man who drove us up to our villa in the golf cart a few times. Also loved the fact tht scooter rental was available from the resort. It was a little more expensive than you'd pay in town but the convenience of picking up and dropping off at the resort was worth it!

Review 86：This hotel was not as nice as I was expecting. Our room was fairly nice but it had cracks in the walls, the shower leaked, they have instructions to use the shower as it has jets as well as the normal shower head. The jets are at different heights but are in bad positions. The top ones were level with my face and I really didn't like them but the water pressure from the shower head along was really poor. I booked a room with a balcony but I wasn't expecting one that was tiny with no chairs. We were on the garden side of the hotel, which got the afternoon sun. If we were out in the afternoon the room was ridiculously hot. You need another room key to leave the air con on when you're out. The pool is great but it only has the sun in the morning, by early afternoon its blocked by the building so the pool gets none at all. I knew the hotel was on a hill but it's a lot larger than I expected. It's not really within walking distance to the main strip in Chaweng and I wouldn't want to walk the hill. We hired a scooter so we could get to everything when we wanted. They have a shuttle but we didn't really find the times convenient. Also, there's a lot of stairs to get to the rooms which aren't fun in the heat. I also found breakfast to be fairly limited compared to other resort buffet breakfasts. Overall it wasn't a bad stay but it definitely wasn't the 4-5 star hotel I was expecting

Review 88：Great hotel! Great location! Close to Chaweng, about 15min stroll down the beach but far enough out of the way to still enjoy the peace and quiet. Rooms we top class with amazing views. The resort is based on a very steep hill however there are golf buggies that can pick you up from the street or your room and take you where ever you need to be.

They got our our food orders incorrect twice and one of the beers we had was old. Also there was two large holes in our sheets. However once notifying them of these problems they were prompt to respond and did their best to fix them.

Review 108：We stayed in a villa, and I've never stayed in anything like it - with your personal pool underneath the entire villa and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We had room service, and ate at both the breakfast buffet and pool bar. All tasted nice.

Review 113：We were upgraded from a 2 BR family suite to 2 adjacent pool villas. The upgrade couldn't be reversed. Normally, I am very happy to receive upgrades however I had decided not to book pool villas specifically because of safety concerns for our toddler. Upgrade policy needs to include a pre-advice to guests to check if the planned upgrade is acceptable as the the pool villas were definitely not designed with the safety of small children in mind. Also, had booked airport transfer to hotel for my 7mth pregnant wife, toddler, mother in law and myself. Despite confirming the pickup, the hotel neglected to arrange. After a long trip, this is very annoying. Check-in took too long. The kind lady at reception was trying her best but she was alone an constantly interrupted by phone calls and other guests requests. Villas require maintenance for excessive condensation from air-conditioning and some structural elements on the balcony overlooking the pool.Gym is poor, located in small windowless room and equipment needs maintenance.

Review 114：Staff at the resort were excellent. Very helpful and friendly and attentive to our needs. Good breakfast with good variety. A late check-out for us at no extra charge which was appreciated. Pool villa concept and design is very nice but definitely not for guests with small children. Shaded whirlpool was nice for mid-day swims. Transfer to Beach Club nice although timings could be more frequent.

They were suposed to pick us up in the airport, our flight was delayed, even I sent them an email from Bangkok informing them and they didn´t come because they did not check the time. Also, we booked sea view room but we´ve got a rooftop view room...we complaint so they moved us to another room the 3rd day. Also, you have to get a shuttle to reach the sea. The schedules of this shuttle are very inconvenient and, is only for 8 people, is always full when you try to book it. So you end up walking all the time. On top of it we were honeymooners so, sincerely, we were expecting other kind of treatment.
