Review 1：Slightly dated but still spotlessly clean. Not a designated ski storage area (instead goes in the luggage room which has to be unlocked by a staff member).

Review 2：Upgraded to Lake View (after initially refusing to pay for requested upgrade), Fantastic pool facilities. Easy to get to and parking was always available. Cleaning was fantastic. Hundreds of television channels for every European nation.

Review 3：Our travel to Bled took much longer than we expected due to snow storms, so we arrived quite late to the hotel. At arrival we got an upgrade to apartment, which was a nice surprise. Staff is very helpful, both at the reception and wellness area. Location is perfect to explore Bled.

Review 4：When you dine you see the bins for recycling. A great eyesore and a great pity. Reasonable to ask to grow a hedge or cover it with artificial climbing ivy etc. It would add value to the hotel stay and delight customers even more. Let me know if you decide to do this. Thanks.

Review 7：The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and excellent with a lot of verity and changing food every day. We liked the swimming pool, gym and all the facilities. The location is close to local shops and restaurant with free car park.

Review 8：Site and service should be presented as fair 3-star hotel. Far far-away from being 4-star level. Thinking of somebody helping you with the luggage? Forget it. Staying over New Year's Eve - on 31.12., dinner scheduled at 19.30, but it took 50 minutes to start serving even cold starter. On 1.1., they called it "brunch", being served in neighbouring "sister" hotel between 11.00 and 15.00 - we came at 14.00, there was no place to sit and completely no food (and I really mean absolute zero).

Review 10：As the hotel is ideal for either a romantic or family break, it may consider specific swimming times for 'adults only' and for families. As a family with two young children, we felt that on occasions the 'adult only' swimmers did not want children having so much fun in the pool.

Review 36：Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, but frankly, didn't taste very good. Scrambled eggs were more liquid than solid, and bacon was underdone and had bones in it. (Perhaps that's a cultural thing, but I didn't care for it)

Review 37：Very easy to walk to the lakefront and various shops and restaurants. Easy drive to major attractions in the area and around Slovenia. Bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was clean.

Review 40：Room small, with dated and worn rooms typical for an 15+ year old hotel with high turnover. Spa closes in the middle of the day so sauna gets cold and doesn't restart unless you ask and then takes 2 hours to warm up again. Same for hot tub. General absence of management presence which if they were doing their job a lot of minor things would be improved.

We had a small balcony (it could fit only one chair) with lake views which was lovely - could have only been in improved if we could both for out there. Breakfast had good variety and runs for long hrs which is very good. It was also very reasonably priced - I think value for money wise this hotel is very good compared to some of the other 4 star hotels in the area.

Review 56：Shower cabin was too small. If we knew this in advance, we would have asked for a room with bath tub. The walls are thin, you can hear every movement in the neighboring rooms. Breakfast offer could improve, too.

Review 60：First we agreed for the top floor and we got a very nice room with a double bed, but it had only a roof window. As we had booked a room with a balcony we asked for a change, in 1 day my daughter moved to a wonderful lake-view single room. So this is just for information that the hotel has few top-floor rooms with almost no window.

I booked this simgle room for my 21 year old daughter (I stayed in the next-door hotel this time), so for her the single narrow bed with some special attached equipment for exercises was great fun. Lake view! Perfect! A supermarket is very close.

Review 68：We got an upgrade to a "suite", yay... ! But that did not change the fact that the rooms furniture seemed very old in terms of fashion and actual age. Too me the hotel seems to be in a bad state. The view from our room or lets say the view INTO our room... literally everybody on the parking lot could look into our room. I know : we didn't book a room with lake view. Worst thing was the smell in the lobby, but also in the room. Obviously that smell was wanted by the staff, so I have to ask : why THAT strange smell?? Well whatever... would not consider recommanding for one second. Protip : a suite is not only defined by its size!

Review 70：The cleaner did not vacuum the carpet, hair on the bathroom floor,toilet bowl was dirty too. Even I wrote a message ti ask the staff toclean the room properly, it was still the same. The bed didn't foldin a professional hotel standard. Security is poor. Someone tried toopen my door from outside. When I asked for the security for the cctvfootage, the receptionist told me that there was no camera nearby myroom. This is totally unacceptable. Yet, they still charge me extraeur20 per night because I requested to have a lake view room. No mineralwater being provided in the room.

Of course you have to pay... - towels in your room are never changed. - we had paid upfront. At the reception they were not aware of this. Very unusual not to check the finances... - Although the buffet was really rich, the food offered lateron wasn't this nice... -

Review 86：Metal parts in sink in our room lost the most of their nickel plating. We had an additional bed for a kid in our room - and it was impossible to open a door to a balcony due to it. I think the hotel personnel should position the bed more carefully or don't offer a possibility of an additional bed in this room type.

Review 92：Unfortunately we could not be provided with lake view rooms for my parents, this was upsetting and frustrating as we booked in advance specifically to get this, it would have been special for them to see the church that we were getting married in from their room and this was very important to us. The reception was often not staffed and the gentleman on the desk was not very accommodating with information or help when asked.

Review 93：Our family stayed here for a long weekend during our wedding at Lake Bled. It was in the perfect location due to proximity to shops and distance to the lake, all necessary when travelling with a 20month old excitable toddler! The hotel was good value for money and the pool was a great added extra.

Review 94：We paid a supplement for lake view and balcony and technically our room had this option but unlike other lake view rooms our balcony was just 1 meter square so room for one person at a time to sit. Room 613. Also very small bathroom and difficulty in get in and out of shower cubicle.

In addition our room was near the air conditioning device and it was so noisy we could not leave the windows open while we were in the room. Anyway windows work well as we could not really hear any noise when we closed it.

Review 106：- I do not know whether this was problem of Booking, or with me or the hotel, but I booked the room quite in advance and I am sure, that Booking offered rooms with balcony only (I am really punctual about this as my finace is a smoker and is very sensitive about not having a balcony). When we arrived, we found ourselves in a hotel, where every room had a balcony, except maybe 2-4 rooms (the hotel is quite big). And of course we were placed in a room without balcony. The staff had actually not much to do about it as the hotel was fully booked for the whole week, but still, it was quite disapointing and uncomfortable as one of the main reasons why I picked this hotel was the actual offer of rooms with balcony. The staff told us we whould have emhasize this prefference in our reservations. So maybe just be careful with the booking. - the hotel has its own parking (no fee for that) altough during the high season it is very full and sometimes it is hard to find a place

Review 123：The bed was so uncomfortable that neither my wife or I slept well. The slightest movement from one of us disturbed the other. The wifi login password had to be entered continually and the download service was slow.

When we enquired at reception we received a very sarcastic reply that all the rooms were 25 degrees and we should not expect a cool room in such weather and a comment about everyone expecting to be cool and why should they want it. Made for a couple of sleepless nights.

Review 134：This hotel is located in the center of Bled and makes accessing the Lake very convenient. There is plenty of parking on site that is gated. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they recommended great local restaurants and pubs. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we had one with a great view of the lake. The wifi was fast and free. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Review 135：Loved the proximity of hotel to the lake-Hotel is located up a slight hill overlooking the lake. 2 minutes walk from lake, park and restaurants. Swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing.
