Review 1：The hotel did not respond to pre visit questions.

Review 2：The hotel complex is very interesting and looked stunning in the snow! Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The food was fresh and well presented. It was a bit different to western breakfast menus but this made it more interesting. The hotel is well situated for exploring the town. I would like to see the complex in summer when I would imagine that there would be lots more facilities available.

Review 3：The chambermaid entered our room without any warning when we were in. The room interior is strange and poor for its price (only about "Molodezhnaya" room category).

Review 10：The style of the hotel is very nice, staff is friendly, rooms are very nice, wifi works perfectly and there is good parking space near the hotel. Also, Russian Banya (Русская Баня) is a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

Review 12：Beautiful hotel complex - you almost feel like you don't want to leave the place. I had a big and comfortable room. They gave me a free hour at their spa. Hotel restaurants were great. Free parking (for some types of room it's not right by the hotel, but I was lucky).

Review 14：Location, great place for loading of batteries, slow sightseeing and wandering around, playground for a child, perfect breakfast, it could be even a lunch, room had a style, bathroom and equipment very comfortable. We felf like moved to different century, our room could be a ballroom of some local prominent.

This time when we arrived all our requests for more quiet room with twin beds in the old building were met. They offered us a big bed instead of the small bed and straight away a maid appeared and pushed the beds together and remade the bed into a big one. Very comfortable bed with nice and crisp bed linen. The hotel restaurant serving Russian food was also very good.
