Review 1：The worst breakfast imaginable. Very uncomfortable bed. One coat hanger in cupboard. When we asked for more we got 2 more. Safe didn't work. One tiny cake of soap for 2 people for 2 nights. One bedside light didn't work. Lights so dim you couldn't read in bed. Wifi only in lobby area.

Review 3：The beds were new; but horrible quality. I could feel where all themetal springs were. It was the worst night of sleep we had on our triparound Portugal. When you don't sleep well its hard to enjoy thenext day. Its a shame. Because most of the other aspects are great. Itsclean, the bathrooms were new and amazing, but... The beds werehorrible. If the put a layer of foam and padding on top they could savetheir investment.

Review 10：The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. Although they only allow smoking inside the bar, it is an open room so the smell permeates everything. Since there was no wifi in the room,it was very uncomfortable staying in the common areas because of the smell.

Review 20：The hotel is really beautiful, but it would be great if there weren't smoking areas and smoking rooms, because even though they were "separated" from the rest of the hotel, it smelled in the hallways and in the dining room and it wasn't very pleasant for us as non-smokers...but other than that, it was all great :)

Review 21：We asked for a quite room. We were given room 109 which is close to the staircase = it was noisy! People coming in and out speeking very loud! Mattress was unconfortable and pillows were too thin. Breakfast should start earlier. Eggs weren't ready and that's about all we eat so we had to wait. Not too long though. Coffee was a disaster! More like coloured water. The worst we have ever had! We wish something could be done about these "negatives" because we will definitely return.

Review 23：We stayed at Hotel Douro Inn for three nights with idea to visit vineyards and winery at Douro river valley, for what you need car. Hotel is nice, rooms are comfort with terrace and spacious bathroom, clean. Breakfast was average, but more than enough. Some staff did not speak English very well, but they were very kind and tried to help in way they could. Near hotel there is a small park and public swimming pool. Overall the value for the money was excellent, but Tabuaco city is small and there is not much to see. So I recommend it only for sightseeing nearby places.

Review 24：This place does not have a swimming pool even though the website indicated it did. Using the underground parking lot is a hassle, but there is lots of street parking in front of the hotel

Review 58：I was completely mistaken by the picture of the restaurant, which suggested a nice mountain view. It is actually a picture of a picture. The hotel is clean, without caracter. In the village, there is absolutely nothing to do. I decided not the stay in this place, but had to pay the room anyway (restitution not possible), allthough the hotel was far from fully booked

Review 59：We booked a Junior Suite and had an expectation of getting some extraspace (a seating area and perhaps a not to tight bathroom). It was anormal double room with a minimal bathroom.

Review 60：Very friendly staff. The girl in the reception helped us witheverything, nothing was a problem. The day we left we even got breakfastserved at 7 o'clock in the morning, even though serving of breakfastusually started one hour later.
