Review 1：The stool became stopped up and did not get fixed before we left.

Review 2：I enjoyed every part of my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was was warm and tasty. They even had free movies which we took advantage of.

Review 15：Were were from out of town. I have a credit card with a low limit. It is the only credit card i have. I went to get gas to come back home and my card wouldn't work. I got on my online banking and the hotel had run my card twice on accident. It just so happened the 2nd one wouldn't go thru hut it tied up all the available balance. The hotel did call me and tell me what they had done and asked if i could come by again with my card. I did but i did stress to them if i had already been on the road this would have been most inconvenient. They said they were going to comp the room bc of the troubles, but it took 5 days too get the card unlocked from the 2 transactions. I also had to find a way to get gas to come home. Grateful for parents who could deposit money into a bank account for me.

Review 16：The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. My pets were welcome and the price was fair. Not super fancy and the room was basic but very clean.

Review 17：walls & floors weren't very solid or sound proof. Could hear other guests, and it didn't disturb us greatly, but it might have if everyone wasn't being respectful of others.

Review 19：We liked it all! Wish we could stay there for football games but no need for a 2 night stay. Wish you would reconsider for those events. We only live 2 hours away but do not drive home after late games. Only other place in town for games that doesn't require this is Motel 6 and the one in Manhattan is awful!

Review 20：Over a four day stay(which we extended another 2 days) our room was visited by housekeeping only twice. The room was spotless when we arrived, so it wasn't a huge issue, but after a couple of days it was nice to have the bathroom cleaned

Review 21：The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful. Dog friendly is an understatement, we had to bring our boxer and GSP with us, the accommodations were perfect! It was also so great to not have to drive - the shuttle service was better than we could have asked for from a hotel. We will definitely stay again when in Manhattan.

Review 71：This location doesn't have enough parking. There are businesses right next to the hotel that the hotel owns the parking, but you do have some walking to get back to hotel. Make sure you get back to the hotel plenty early if you want to park next to the hotel.

Review 72：My daughter & I stayed here during our trip for Junior Day's at KSU. We were very impressed! The entire facility was extremely clean & the location to the collage was with in 5 min. They also had a shuttle to take you anywhere in town & it was free. Of course we gave the driver a tip. I will definitely stay here again.
