Review 1：This hotel far exceeded my expectations with the staff being friendly,courteous and bilingual. I had a junior suite which was spotlessly clean, plenty of space, well laid out and with views overlooking the park. It was particularly quiet on the 7th floor and the buffet breakfast was varied and sufficient. I could not fault this hotel and would highly recommend it for any traveller, whether on business or leisure. I will certainly be coming back soon...........

Review 2：I stayed for one night on my way to Bukovel Ski Resort. It was warm, comfortable. I speak very little Russian but the front desk person spoke enough English to make my stay comfortable. The restaurant had very good food but staff did not speak English and there were a few mix-ups but Google translate helped. Overall great experience and would stay there again.

Review 7：Good hotel, friendly English-speaking staff. Great benefit is parking with 24/7 security. Stayed here for one night, I was invited to the conference, which was held in their conference hall. Although the hotel is 3 star, I would definitely give it 4 or even 5 stars. Rooms are clean and big, there are floors for smokers and non-smokers, nice lobby, verified breakfast.

Review 8：It was our wedding night so I asked for chocolate in the room for my wife as a surprise, but the front desk person insisted I pay for it right away ruining the little surprise. Not impressed. Also, I forgot a USB cable there and they wrote me an email to tell me. Which was nice. But when I showed up there to get it, they had lost it. Kinda bad.

Review 11：Excellent location, walking distance to the main area of town for your eating and drinking needs. My boyfriend and I stayed in a suite, which included two huge separate rooms as well as a large, modern bathroom for $92, which was a steal. Although the hotel is a bit antiquated, it is still clean and comfortable. I would suggest upgrading during the hotter months due to the fact that the basic rooms are just that, extremely basic. My boyfriend's parents were with us, and stayed in standard twin. There was no a/c and it was a quarter of the size of our room, which made it an experience that wasn't as pleasant as ours. All is all, you get what you pay for.

Review 12：NO SHOWER GEL! Slow wait to check in - the process takes too long and there was a short but slow queue as a result. Lifts are slow and badly programmed. This hotel is a typical case of poor planning and prioritisation. The rooms are big but the towels, while branded with the Nadia name, are not absorbent at all. I would have preferred unbranded absorbant towels. Poor breakfast. Badly designed in general.

Review 13：Big rooms, friendly staff. Not-bad service. Location walking distance from the centre. On the last day, we said that we were checking out before breakfast so they offered a packed breakfast, which was kind of them. The breakfast was poor, but still..

Review 14：Air conditioning present but weak in the lobby, restaurant, etc. and nonexistent in the rooms. Opening the windows was thus necessary, with the negative of trying to sleep with street noise.

Review 19：Some noise from the neighbours upstairs due to not great sound insulation. A lot of flies came into the room when I had left the balcony door open. Probably because my room was facing the park behind the hotel.

Review 20：Helpfull staff. Good breakfast. Good location. I was upgraded to a bigger room (probably because I asked for a quiet room far away from the stairs/elevator) which allowed me to a late check-out, which ment I spent the day in town instead of heading to the next place.

Review 25：Being a clueless Canadian, when it comes to speaking Ukraniun, the staff, especially the woman on the front desk were extremely helpful. The breakfast was as good if not better than all my other visits through Ukraine and Poland. It couldn't be easier to get to from the train station as well. (You can almost see the hotel from the station) When I return to IF, I will be staying here again!

Review 27：Everything! On arrival, having booked a standard room I was upgraded to a superior room. Large, warm, comfortable, well appointed room, excellent bathroom. Hotel is in an excellent location, staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, no minuses at all. Had dinner on the first night in restaurant, very good with fine service. Breakfast very good, with plenty of choice. A great hotel all round.

Review 28：The wifi was not brilliant. Although signal was strong, as you move to different areas in hotel, the code changed. Just took a day or so to get used to it. Also one night there was sound of builders just outside room. Overall, nothing too bad

Review 29：This hotel is without doubt the only place to stay in Ivano Frankovsk. From the moment of checking in to checking out, it was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was of the highest quality and the room was more than adequate. Nothing too bad. I checked out at 6am because of my flight, staff had prepared a lunch box for my journey. A very nice touch.

Review 61：I have stayed at many hotels in Ukraine and the Nadia is amongst the best.What makes Nadia stand out is the quality of the staff.Always friendly , professional and efficient , they are the hotels best resource and the management have chosen well.All too often in Ukraine the front line staff meet a guest with a false smile , but at the nadia it was warm and genuine , happy staff indicate to me a happy hotel which means a happy stay.Special praise for Yuliya who always seemed to be on duty ! in terms of facilities the showers were superb , bed large and comfortable and the rooms nicely laid out .The lifts , often a source of amusement in Ukraine were quick and spacious.In terms of value for money Nadia offers excellent quality for very reasonable tariffs .I will be back in Ivano soon , and nadia hotel will be my first choice for accomodation , well done to the entire team .Thank you john m allwood london

Review 62：There is a park behind the hotel where many people take their families and dogs. The dogs were noisy and I was on the 7th Floor.

Review 75：The breakfast was great and the patio is beautiful!The shower was nice and the room that we booked was spacious. They have a travel agency on site, so we were easily able to book a transfer to visit a different place for a bit. Hotel staff are very courteous and accommodating.

Nadia really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is always freshly prepared and tasty. We had dinner at their small cosy vip room, because there was a big function at the main restaurant. Dinner was delecious. Rooms were clean and cosy. Nice location, in the city centre,3 minutes by taxi from the main station. They have a nice park behind..
