Review 1：I got a quiet room on the backside. It was absolutely great and really quiet, however climatisation was a bit noisy, but still not loud. Breakfast was Ok, however not many choices. Parking free and safe, overall good value for that rate. Great amenities in the bathroom.

Review 2：I requested a high room with a bath and single double bed but after getting there i was in a low room floor with shower and twin singles. I asked to change rooms and was given a room that was still under construction, so i changed again but still wasnt what i asked for. Also, there was a problem with the credit card facility for payment that the staff didnt know how to fix

Review 15：Hotel rooms have very thin walls and from this reason you can hear from other rooms every word. You coudnt find your private comfort all the day and night in this hotel. Also this place smells of many bad smells from other rooms or kitchen.If you look for quiet and comfort place, this hotel is not for you.

Review 16：At first sight this hotel looks like 4star hotel with modern bathroom, large rooms, bathroom accessories (shaving accessories, tooth brush, slippers..). But on the other hand you will not find private comfort and quiet. You can see following negatives.

Review 52：Great central location right at the Svatopluk square with beautiful views over Nitra and only 5 mins from castle. We have been upgraded free of charge to business room which is always a nice gesture. Room was beautiful and very spacious with great bathroom; staff friendly and nice breakfast. It would be nice if hotel serves other food than breakfast (dinner, room service) however there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Great bar only 5 mins walk from the hotel called Ernesto serves delicious cocktails - worth visiting! Overall very enjoyable stay :)

Review 53：Location is very good, just at the beginning of the pedestrial zone, it was not so crouded which is good, also had room in the parking for my car. The thing that I liked the most was the breakfast, food was really good!

Review 54：Virtually no sound proofing meant I could hear everything outside in the 'square' and a very loud family that arrived around midnight. Room was very hot (early Dec) and there was no thermostat to turn it down.

Review 56：In the hotel, no one speaks English fluently and it was difficult tocommunicate. Before booking I called the hotel who told me that there isa apartment with the conditions that I was looking for. Then, myreservation on the spot was changed because they dont have apartmant for4 persons. We were looking for an apartment for 4 persons, with one bedfor 2 persons and one sofa for onother 2 persons. At the end we paid for2 seperate rooms with bigger price.Receptionist had his friends at the reception and were noisy to 2 hours in the night. After the second warning they went out of the hotel. The rooms were not heated despite the fact of that outside that night were 8 Celsius that day. Next morning, when I asked to give us a map of the city for easy sightseeing. They didnt have a single city map. Then, after returning from the city tour recepioner was not at work and I could not get out of the hotel parking for 30 minutes. The hotel is otherwise clean and breakfast was solid.

Review 57：Centar of city is very close to hotel, and they have parking. Very nicecity, and friendly people. Near is shoping centar with cheap food.

Review 60：staff wasnt very friendly, at the breakfast there was nobody from the staff and there was no coffee at all just the empty jar so we couldnt ask anybody for it, we asked for double bed, and there was two single beds just put together, after we complained we were told, that there are only single beds in the hotel.

Also, the hotel is not equipped with air-condition system, which makes it very uncomfortable in summer. P.S. Butthe girl in the cafe on first floor was great!:)
