Review 1：We stayed three nights and our room was neither cleaned nor tidied up any day.

Review 2：Breakfast was wonderful! The village of Avanos is super charming and the hotel is decorated in an original and cozy way.

Review 3：The only thing that can be improved is to clean the room more often. We stayed 5 nights, and there was no room cleaning. Maybe it's because the hotel is very small, and they only clean the rooms before your arrival. We could also ask about it of course, but we didn't, because it actually didn't bother us very much.

Review 4：The hotel's location is great if you want to explore the region on your own by car. It is located in a quiet street in a lovely city of Avanos. The hotel is very cozy, it has only 4 rooms, its own patio and a panoramic terrace, where breakfast can be served. The design is very beautiful, there are pieces of local art and retro objects, which make the place really interesting. The ceiling is cave-style. The bed was comfortable, and it was very warm in the room (in November it is very cold outside). So that was important. The hotel's staff (two ladies and owner) are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The owner came by motorcycle to show us the way to the hotel, when we got lost at arrival. The owner is also a balloon pilot (company Assiana), so we went on the balloon tour with him at the price of 100 €. This is a good price, and we got a great balloon experience! The breakfast includes many different local dishes and sweets, and Turkish tea. And the possibility to have breakfast in the open-air panoramic terrace with a beautiful view in a company of a nice cat or the owner's cocker spaniel was amazing. You can also use the hotel's kitchen to make tea of coffee at any time. It is very useful. We stayed at several places during our 15-day holidays in Turkey, and this hotel was the best of all!

Review 5：There is no club or disco for dancing and fun.

Review 6：This lovely place is too close to Avanos city centre (150 mt.), here we could find small buses to every place of cappadocia. The owner himself is a balloon pilot so we had a baloon trip with him, also he guides us for the good parts of cappadocia rest of his time. Also some historical artifact be on display of the hotel rooms and walls. The hotel is too tidy, silent, clean and has a very cute dog. The decoration of the room was relaxing. Breakfast was OK. I thing this hotel has the most suitable price regarding price/quality equation. Even you spent most of your time in sightseeing not in hotel.

Review 7：I didn't have a bad experience but I did notice that in the dorm some of the new installations were impractical. Where can we charge our computers and phones? There are no sockets for this. There are 2 showers but only one toilet. The second toilet is in the shower room. There is a wash basin outside the separate toilet but the tap is too short and the water doesn't go into the sink! I did notice that there was minimal or no cleaning while I was there - and it showed! This was such a contrast with other Turkish hotel I have stayed in, which were spotlessly clean.

Review 8：The couple that run the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was the only guest and they showed me around the town! Breakfast was tasty, all in all excellent value for money (I stayed in the dorm). The dorm is brand new and has large, practical lockers. The roof terrace is superb and has views over the valley. I felt at home and very comfortable there

Review 10：It is cosy villa have 5 bedrooms which are labeled a cat picture. White cat , red cat etc. I stayed in White cat room. It is traditional lime stone ceeling with wooden interior.. So clean and tranquility was over all. There is a rooftop terrace which is common sitting room & breakfast area.. Wiev from terrace is breathtaking.You can wathc sun rise to sun set all Avanos. Speacially in early morning all baloon rising & surfing in the sky which is took my breathaway, all shopping area & restaurant just 5 min by walking.Staff is excelent. They have a laundry room which they did mine free of charges. And there are two lovely cats.

Review 11：We spend one night at the Bir Kedi Villa and it was very pleasant ! The bedrooms are very nice, the breakfast was very good and copious with a nice view in the terrace. The owner Alberto, who speaks english, italian and french, is very friendly and have good advises for the visit in the region. For sure we'll come here the next time for more time ! Nous avons passez une nuit très agréable à la Villa Bir Kedi. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Le petit déjeuné était copieux et la vue sur les collines depuis la terrasse vaut le détour ! Le très sympathique propriétaire Alberto, qui parle très bien Francais, Italien et Anglais, nous a donné de nombreux conseil pour visiter en deux jours les sites les plus jolis de la région et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Se renseigner auprès de lui pour faire un tour de montgolfière...moment inoubliable !
