Review 1：Very noisy at night time with the walls thin, bed mattress needs upgrading, you can feel the springs. Parking was hard to get out of once all rooms has a car parked out the front of it.

Review 3：King room very cramped and kitchenette was only a cupboard with microwave, toaster & kettle. No table and only 1 chair in room. A large couch was useless as not in front of TV - this could be replaced with a table & chairs. Large desk also useless & the space could be better used for guest comfort & use. We had to use the ironing board to prepare breakfast, cup of tea, etc. There was no bench space at all. Outside area near pool needs some attention also as furniture was dirty with cobwebs and rust. Decorative pond had stagnant dirty water and most unattractive.

Review 5：Was an unpleasant smell in our room. There were dirty cups left in our bedroom. Wi-fi didn't work properly. Air con was so loud and rattly .

Review 9：The after hours staff Darren told there is complimentary breakfast but it was false information provided before i booked the hotel. Also the swimming pool for the guests is in bad condition that no one could use it. In fact before booking i asked about the pool and the customer service team said we can use the pool. I have taken the picture of the pool with dust,mud and leaves in it!!

Review 11：Bed wasn't the most comfortable and room a little tight with the sofa bed folded out. Thought it was a room with double and single bed when booking. Noise in roof, not sure if birds or other wildlife. Bit annoying.

Review 13：My 2 kids sleep in the sofa bed which is in bad condition, the spring already out of order and cause them can't sleep comfortably. Moreover, when the sofa bed is used, people can barely walk through. The room is not provided with a writing table due to space constraint. The bathroom without any door and directly next to the bed room. Lack of privacy eventhough for a family stay. The TV is hanging at the ceiling and make us can't watch TV comfortably.
Review 14：Free upgrade of room to suite with jaguzzi. The hotel manager give us strawberry rum drink and it is really refreshing and nice.
Review 15：Bit disappointed because the spa leaked when we turned it on and so we couldn't use it for fear of flooding the bedroom and possibly the room below us. Management told us that next time we stayed they would 'help us out' but considering we paid extra for the luxury of a spa a discount or free breakfast may have made me feel better about the situation. Also,couldnt get wifi to work. Overall though I would stay again.
Review 16：Very quaint bnb feel. Stayed in the king spa suite (room 1) which was lovely considering the age of the hotel.Bathroom bedroom open plan with no door incl toilet. Stayed with a friend so we just waited in the living area while the other used the facilities so wasn't a big issue but may be for some.
Review 17：Too much road noise. Bathroom facilities were not great, hand held shower over a small stained spa bath with no screen or curtain to stop water going everywhere. Sink was small and in an awkward spot. Tea and cooking facilities were in some strange stacked configuration with no bench space and you had to leave cabinet doors open while you used the cooking stuff and you kept bumping into it

Review 22：That we booked a Family room with a queen and two singles as we were relatives travelling together to a funeral. When we got there at 9pm at night we had only 1 queen bed and a fold out sofa. One of us had to sleep with our child and it wasn't a very pleasant sleep. We specifically chose the room with the 3 beds but I think it was Booking . com who prob got it wrong not the hotel.

Review 53：We got the king deluxe room, however our "king bed" was 2 very hard single beds pushed together. There was no DVD player remote and the bath room was tiny. The whole room was much smaller than expected. For a king deluxe I would have expected a lot better.

Review 80：For a single roomed family room it was very very cramped. Photos online appear to be taken when property was a lot newer and little less run down. 6 out of 10. Having said that it served the purpose and was comfortable and clean.

Review 82：for the price i didn't think it was good value for money. there was only one room for two adults and two children meaning you couldn't close off area when children were sleeping. only a curtain separating room from bathroom corner, there was no privacy. it was all a bit tired looking as well including the towels. would have expected some basic breakfast provisions for the price too. It was a nice place but for the price I think there are a few things which could be improved.
